I placed an order on Jan over the internet with this companyThat day my cc was charged $ I emailed them the week of Jan asking when my order will ship They responded business days from placing the order It never shipped I canceled the order via their website on Jan 20, asking for my money back and their policy states it takes business days to process a return - that would be Jan I emailed them on Jan 27th to follow up and be sure that I would received my refund I received a response that same day - Jan 27th stating they would look into it Today is Feb and I have emailed them two more times since then asking for my money back and I am getting zero response from them

I placed separate orders for large containers of protein powder that was being liquidated for $each I did not realize the product was being sold with an out of date expiration code One product has a very large amount of sugar in it I tried both products and felt hill the stomachache and had a problem digesting this product I emailed the company today in order to obtain a $credit for the order either refund or credit for a future purchase I do not believe I should have some product back in the company is applying restriction saying it cannot be returned because the products had been opened I am not seeking additional damages to to a stomach ache but would like only my money refunded to me

I have ordered from this company several times and have had no issues in last years from themBut now I ordered from them on Dec I have emailed them twice asking about my order and do not get any reply back and they have already charged my account They have told me that my order went back ordered from the manufactureI have been waiting a month and a half and with no product or reply back from this companyI trying calling them and there number has either been changed or disconnectedI requested a refund of my orderSo please do not order anything from themI quess I am going to have to take them to court to get my money back from them

I ordered from Supplement Warehouse on Oct - almost a full month agoThey charged my credit card immediately, but never shipped out the itemI tried calling them numerous times - most of the times I tried I got a message that their customer service reps are too busy and cannot take my call at this timeSome of the times that I called I waited on hold for over and hour and still did not get to speak to a customer service repOnce I actually got a rep and she said that they just moved and are still unpacking so it will take a little longer to ship the item, but it WILL ship within business days of the order placementWellthe order never shippedOn Nov 3, I got an email in response to an inquiry I submitted via their website regarding the status of my orderThe email stated: "We've checked into the status of your order and do not see any unanticipated delays at this time"

I ordered a product online from SW on 8/6/and elected not to register for an account upon checkout At checkout, the page stated that the order confirmation would be emailed to the e-address I submitted I never received that confirmation I emailed them the same day to find out the order number and to check the status of this order; it is now 8/10/and I have still never received that confirmation nor a response to my inquiry This morning I called their customer service number and was given an automated message that they were unable to answer my call and to direct my questions to their Help Desk online, after which they hung up I went to the Help Desk link on their website and the link is broken "Oops - 440, this page is not found" My checking account was charged for the amount of $for the item I was looking to order, but I want a full refund because of the lack of communication about my order and take my business elsewhere

We had placed an order on 10/After finally getting package on the 31st I noticed that there was a missing productI reached out to support and informed them of the missing productIt was a two pack and was only shipped a single pack which was a different skuAfter talking to support and asking when they were sending me the rest of the orderThey explained that they did not know for sureI said how can you hold my money for something that you dont have and just ship out a different productThe csr said that we got the right itemShe said that there is nothing that can be doneI asked to speak to a supervisor and she immediately put me on hold and transferred me to an answering machineI tried to call back and had a response back that said that they were unable to take my requestAfter being hold for nearly minutes and working with their help desk they are not being much help

This company relied on a manufacturer that had products back ordered for over monthsUpon not receiving the item, I asked for a refundAfter attempts and promises, it never happenedThey committed fraudDo not trust this companyThey do not believe in customer service or truth practices

I placed an order at the end of December On January 3, the money was removed from my accountI have called several times at different numbers that is provided for the companyIf I call after 5:00pm I get a response all representing are busyIf I call earlier of the numbers calls through but then disconnects the other number never rings through

Please do not order from this company I placed an online order on December 14th and my credit card was charged at the same time I was told via email approximately December 23rd that the product was on back order They had no date when it would be in stock I subsequently cancelled my order and asked for a refund I received an email response saying they would process my refund but it would take a couple of weeks It has now been SIX WEEKS and I still have not received a refund despite sending the company several emails inquiring about the status They have had my money since 12/14/and I have NOTHING I will never do business with this company

I placed an order with Supplement Warehouse months ago The order had not arrived after a reasonable period, so I cancelled the order, & was told my money would be refunded to my credit card I contacted the company recently & told them I had not received the refund they replied that they would look into it & get back to me shortly nearly wks later, they haven't responded I just tried emailing & calling them at the number on your site The email address is no longer in service & neither is their phone number Have they gone out of business? Will I ever get a refund?

I placed orders paid by bank card never received products I emailed times no answer phone number they have listed rings off the hook or just cuts off

I placed order on 11/and my credit card was charged on 11/for an order that I have not yet received as of 12/ I called two different numbers times only to hear there is high call volume and I should call back or use website help tab I emailed them on their help tab times with no answer I believe this site is a scam and I cancelled my order Hopefully I'll get my money back A Revdex.com rating of a B- is way to high Complete Failure!

I don't even know where to startI was ordering natural kelp iodine, and the entire process took over monthsThey kept sending me the same automatic response when emailing for help about the orderThen a lawyer got a hold me months after this and still not receiving the product or my money backThe lawyer told me the company closed and I can try to file a claim to get my money back but there is not guaranteedOnly negatives here! The timing, customer service, product I never received, the fact that I MAYBE will get my money back?! This is a mess! Beware of this scamming company!
