I placed an order at supplement Warehouse online on the of NovemberTwo weeks went bye and did not hear anything or get anything so I emailed the help desk to ask them where my stuff is atThey didn't reply for daysThen they told me my supplements were on back order even though the website showed it's in stockA few more weeks went bye and I emailed them again and the replied about days later and told me I can cancel my order online if I wantI bought those supplements during the Black Friday sale and could of chosen a different story and got the same price but I chose them because they are localI can't get that price now so I want what I boughtBesides that I do not have the credit card that I used to make that order so they would not be able to put it back on my cardPlease help me get my su

On 2/26/I ordered products from Supplement Warehouse: Life Flo Pure Mango Butter and Life Flo Pure Cocoa Butter, but only the mango was shipped to me and I have yet to receive the cocoaI thought at first that they were maybe being shipped separately, but the receipt I received with my order only mentions the mangoI have an email receipt I received as soon as I ordered them both verifying that I did in fact order both productsAnd my checkings account was charged for bothI tried calling the customer support service, tried both numbersHowever, I was disappointed to find that I was listening to a pre-recorded message being played over and over again and not really, truly, actually being transferred to another number or asked to call back due to a high call volumeI sent an email complaint to their helpdesk or times--explaining how I would either like my order shipped to me or a full refund-- before they finally got around to contacting me a month later on 3/21/to

April 28, I ordered a face cream on their website price $, I placed the order on the 1st week of April I called on April 15, they said special orders not available in store are back oders .I received email April 22,that it was shippedIt is now April 29,I never received itI am now contacting my bank so they can despute with this company for my refundI am Not happy with this company at allI Will not purchase again ever from this company

Worst online company I have ever dealt with Calls themselves a warehouse, but every order I have placed has required a backorder for some reason Phone systems are terrible Can't get through to speak with anyone to discuss order status Not a single order has shipped in the business days they specify The e-mail help line is equally useless They say they will respond in hours, but if you get a response it is usually or days later Order at your own risk You won't know if you are going to your order or not until it just miraculously shows up at your door one day

In May 2016, my boyfriend ordered items from Supplement WarehouseWithin a month he received most of the items but one item in his order was on back order so he did not receive itAfter months he moved out of the country and the item on back order had still not yet been receivedAfter months of continual e-mailing and calling with no response, I finally received communication with the company through their help deskIn November after months of waiting for the item and no communication from the company I requested a refund check be sent to me and forwarded to my address because the old address on file was no longer validAfter a month of no receipt I emailed the company again (twice because they never respond to emails or answer the phone) and was told that the refund check was sent to the billing address even though I had requested otherwiseAs a result, and after months of frustration and one sided communication without response neither the refund check nor the items

I placed an order with this company and after I waiting for weeks to receive it I tried to call them to find out where my order was Their phone system is a mess as I couldn't get through to the talk to anyone I ended up emailing a general email box and got a response saying that one of the items on my order was back ordered I asked them to ship what they had and to either refund me for the back order or ship it when it came in I never heard back from them, even after I sent yet another email asking for someone to respond I still don't have the product I ordered, or a response from the company

I placed an order with them in the beginning of November I waited weeks for it to ship and during that time I kept emailing them and they simply said "it will be shipping out immediately"Then I an email stating it was back ordered after they had already told me it was ready to shipThen when I asked for a refund (approximately times before they responded ) they said they would refund me immediatelyThat was a week and a half ago I have emailed every day asking for my refund with no responseThey took the money from me immediately, yet won't give it backI am completely at my wit's end with them and am now taking it to you Thank you

Supplement Warehouse never delivered a product I ordered which they charged me for over one month ago

Placed an order with this company Nov and still have yet to receive my complete order of $ Only received out of items purchased When contacting this company, an AVR states the phone number is no longer a working number, please check your number and call again

I placed an order online November 15th I only received 1/of my order and was notified the rest was on back order January 19th I still had not received the rest of my order therefore requested a refund Upon my request I received an email stating it would take up to business days to receive my refund February 6, business days later I have not received my refund, any notification from this company nor have they offered anything to compensate for this inconvenience Do not use this company for your supplements There are plenty other websites to purchase the same items The small discounted prices they offer are not worth the hassle that comes with this business
