They told me that it was on back order and gave me a password that did not work I tried for months and got the same run around It is clear that they were scamming me In November of 2016, they sent me a "care" package of many small samples, none of which I wanted or would even use I repeatedly asked for a refund, but they ignored me completely
I am enraged by this scam and stealing of my money Over the internet, I heard testimonies of people having the same experience I want 200% of my money back thanks to all the hardship this has caused Trust me, I will never do business with this company again

I have placed a order trough Supplement Warehouse on August (days ago) and still waiting to hear anything at allI have NOT received a confirmation email about my order not even able to see the status of the order on the websiteThe funds were withdrawn from my account the same day and I am not even sure if the order has been processI have attempt more than calls selecting different options and the message is the same on the automated phone is " due to unusual high call volume we are unable to take your call, sorry for the inconvenience try later"This is the worst customer service I have ever experience, I want to know what is going on and if this business is even real I want the products or my money back since it is above 100$ and I can purchase the product somewhere else

I was having some backorder issues, but the customer service rep who spoke to me was able to help me substitute for something comparable and ship it out the same day I calledThey even threw in some samples for the inconvenienceFor a small business, you can't beat their prices!

They took my money for a product that they didn't even have and didn't even inform me of the situation until a after I filed a complaint that I hadn't received my product in over two weeksIt is now going on two weeks since I requested a refund and they still haven't contacted me back or given me a refund

I ordered Protein Bottles on September and my confirmation order stated it will take days for delivery It also stated "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order" This has yet to happen I try calling them and can never get through, then I e-mailed them twice and have not yet received a response This company however did charge my credit card, but has failed to deliver me my products I just want what I paid for and to be treated like a customer and not be ignored Please help me
