I placed an order (order # ***)and was debited right awaybut I never received a confirmation email Waited a couple of days and call to see the status of the shipment They told me the shipping would not be before another week so I cancelled the order The customer service representative told me all was good but it would take a certain time before getting my refund weeks after still nothingSince then, I have emailed numerous times without any response Now their phone line and email is not working

I called weeks later to see what's taking so longI told the person I talk to to just cancel my order and refund me my money she said okay I will have it in days, then I get an email after saying my stuff has shipped out, they gave me a tracking number that was bogus the number wasn't a real tracking numberI've called and emailed him several times after and still nothing,no response.I'm getting very pissed off because I haven't received my $purchase or money back

I ordered items from Supplement Warehouse on 01/11/and my card was charged immediatelyAfter weeks I was curious where my items were so I calledThe message said that nobody was available because they were doing inventoryThe next day I called and again I was not able to get anyone to answer the phoneI thought I might have more luck emailing but it took days for them to respond and when they finally did respond they told me they would research and get back to meThat was business days ago

I ordered a holiday gift for my mother online from this companyThey immediately charged my credit card, yet, immediately had my item on back orderI was not able to log on to my account to continue to check on my item as "my password was incorrect." I tried to get another password but they never would send me an email (I checked my spam folder regularly too)I called several times only to be put on automated hold with a recording "you are caller number with a minutes wait..etc..." However, when I waited the 30+ minutes, I was at caller number with minute to go and never got my call answeredI tried to post an inquiry on the "help desk" but apparently the help desk form had an error as it would never go throughI finally recv'd another email (not to reset my password) but to inform me my item was still on back order another - weeksI believe they might be a SCAM or the business is a FRAUD onlineI contacted my credit card company immediately to dispute the chargeI want my order canceled (if there ever was one) and hope that something is done about this companyI have read several reviews (complaints) and they are all about the sameUnprofessional business practices and unethical

I have been ordering with them for years and I'm the past 2-years their attentiveness and customer service has plummetedJust recently (well almost two weeks now and still waiting) for example I placed an order for three items (October 12, 2016)I never got a follow up email with tracking number as they promised until I sent a very nasty emailEven then the tracking number wasn't incorrect! On March 8, I placed an order for items online at Supplementwarehouse.comOn March 18, one single item shipped with the other items placed on "Backorder"On March and 24, I called the customer service line and was told all operators were busyThis happened numerous calls on both daysSettled with an email to customer support requesting information on backorder and change of shipping addressReceived generic response from customer service on April 2, No other communication regarding backorder has been receivedIt is now October 9,
Calls to customer service 1-lineAs before, all operators are busy and no sign of anybody answering phones
Full charge of all items including shipping costs already charged to credit card in March
"Backorder at the distributer" is an unlikely excuse, as provided by vendorThese are easily accessible products that have constantly been available to other retailers during the last months of backorder

I placed an order on 11/23/with Supplement WarehouseI received my order with one item missingI contacted customer service and they told me the item was back ordered and I would receive it once the they received it from their supplierAre a month of waiting I attempted to contact customer service again several times and have been unsuccessfulI have emailed the customer service several time regarding the matter and have yet to receive any type of replyAt this point I would just like a refund for the missing item
