I placed an order for vitanims in August and received this message shortly after, I agreed to wait and since been trying to call several times only to be disconnected- I have also emailed thier so called helped desk with no help what so everI would like my refund for the vitanims I ordered and be done with this companyI have recieved no further communication from them amd they will not respond

I don't think this is a real company - they took my money and have not sent my order after weeks They will not answer my e-mails so I have requested a refund After another week -- nothing These people just need to go away!!

I placed and order on SW website on 1/8/The total order was $and was taken from credit card on 1/8/After 3weeks, I only received $worth of productsTried to call but kept getting a recording saying they were busy and was unable to answer callI submitted a cancellation and refund on line and received message saying request receivedHere it is 2/14/17, and I have not received anything from themNow their phone number is disconnected, and it appears the website is not taking ordersWe must start a class action lawsuit against Kelly A *** CEO!

The purpose of this complaint is to address the lack service and distrust Supplement Warehouse has provided me during my recent transaction I purchased a product from this company on January 1, 2017, of which my credit card was charged, and have yet to receive my product Numerous attempts via phone and email have been made and response occurred on behalf of Supplement Warehouse I have the order # and purchase receipt
This company has not complied with shipping procedures and I have never received my product I want the company to refund all monies and it needs to go on record with the Revdex.com that is not professional serviceI demand the company respond to my request immediately

I bought some items online November 25th One item I did not receive was told it was on back order, so I waited months, cancelled the back ordered item on January 27th 2017, and have not got my money back yet, I paid for this item months ago, never received it, finally I cancelled it for a refund, which I have not received
I've emailed them no response, and now the email address on their website is invalidSo, I tried to call them and the phone number on their website is invalid

I placed an order with this company via their web page on March 15th, After not hearing anything for a week and after that cashed my payment immediately I tried numerous times to call them via their published customer service numberMy goal was to speak to someone to find out when my order will shipWhat I came to fond is that your placed in a continuous phone loop where you cannot reach anyone to speak toI tried this for two days and became further frustratedI finally emailed them only to get the following response:
"We've checked into the status of your order and do not see any unanticipated delays at this timeIf you did not receive a tracking number, you should receive one shortly
Most of our orders do ship in 5-business days and should not ship later than business days; however, delays may occur because of sales surges, promotions, or time in transit between our warehouses and order fulfillment center"
It would be nice to publish this on their webs

Supplement Warehouse is currently running a scam and stealing money from consumers
They offer all products but after an order is placed and the money is taken, you get an email saying it is back orderedThe product never comesThe few products that are in stock that I have ordered have been delivered only to see they are already expired and visually have gone very, very bad
Currently, I have had separate orders which I had to refund due to out of stock productIt has been weeks since my order (Dec 16, it is now Feb 2), 4-weeks since the refund request and SW Helpdesk will not reply to my requests for an update or to speak with a managerTheir phone number no longer worksHowever they still have it posted online

I ordered from this company and was informed that I would receive an email with tracking information once my item shipped After a few weeks with no email, I tried to call their customer service line A recorded message informed me that they had too high of call volume and no one could assist me I was referred to check status on their website, which told me nothing I then tried to send an email inquiring on the status of my order and stated if it had not yet been sent out I would like to cancel my order I have still not heard back from anyone regarding status or cancellation I then went on their website again and used the request cancellation link to see if I could cancel my order that way I have still heard nothing back I am inclined to believe this company is no longer in business and they are fraudulently taking people's money with no intention of sending product I have yet to receive correspondence of any kind which would lead me to think otherwise

This is the second time I have purchsed a product from SW and it was late once againMy first order was on July and I did not receive the order until July I kept emailing and attempting to call to try to see where my product is of course no one answeredSo I ordered again, when honestly I shouldnt have since my last experience, I placed my order on September I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was placed on a Sunday that maybe Monday they would see my order and fill it by WednesdayI checked my account it wasn't even printedI check again Friday they FINALLY printed my order, then I check this past Monday and today Tuesday and nothingI tried to call again today I get a hold of someone in the store the guy was rude saying he doesnt deal with shipping and hung up on me I call back and I get placed on a minute hold, while on hold I emailed them but still did not get a response; after waiting minutes I finally gave upI just want my product shipped to me and I will never dealwith this company again

WARNINGDO NOT PURCHASE FROM> ITS A TRAP!!!THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY IS NOT REALI ordered a product and never received item but was charged for item immediatelyAt the time, they were very difficult to get thru to via their customer service numberReceived a bogus explanation that my item was on backorder and that I would be getting it soonNever happenedWhen I tried calling to look into my order the customer service number is now "is a non working number" there are no other alternate numbers listed on siteStates they moved to Milwaukee, WI and that number "is no longer working either" at that point in time I knew something wasn't rightI tried sending a message to their help desk and that came back as message failed as the recipients (being them) has been deactivatedSO there I sat like a sitting duck..Its like they literally disappeared and took my money, left me hanging and theres no one to even file a complaint to within this crooked companyThe site is still on the internet which scares me because they are probably doing this to more people as we speakI had to reach out to my financial institution to dispute charge etc and they assisted meI want to prevent this from happening to someone else

I have made multiple attempts to contact this company via email and by phone only to be left on hold and never reach a live person On I placed an order online THe next day my credit card was charged Seven days later, I receive an email saying product was back-ordered I cancelled order the same day and requested a credit to my credit card Three days later, I receive an email stating that I would have to wait business days for them to process the refund plus an additional 3-days for cc company to post My credit card should have never been charged even the item wasn't in stock Today is and my credit card still hasn't been credited I sent them an additional email this past Monday, and today is Friday and no one has responded This is nothing short of a scam I have currently been on hold for minutes with their alleged 'corporate office' being the "first in line for the next available customer service representative Yeah, right

I placed an order nearly three weeks ago and was charged for itAfter not receiving any updates whatsoever, submitting an email inquiry, and making calls to customer service that were declined, I only had to wait on hold for almost an hour to be told that I wouldn't get my order until a month after I placed itThe representative also lied about an email being sent to me with this information

Ordered on 11/21, money taken right out Never received anything at all Cancelled my order and as of 12/still no refund even though they said it would be processed within days Getting sick of tracking this
