Supplement Warehouse is a SCAM! They Used to be legit but over the last year there has been nothing but Problems with this businessI placed two different orders back on 12-18-& 12-21-and have Yet to receive themHowever the money was surely taken out of my bank account immediatelyI have reached out to them Everyday for the past weeks and have never reached a single representativeAll I get after waiting minutes on a call for a representative is a recording that states "Due to our high call volume we are unable to take your call at this time" and refers me to some online help desk that does Not exist Literally just sat on the phone for minutes and the call automatically placed me back in the main menu to where I had to call back, wait Another minutes just to get hung up onBEWARE! DO NOT USE SUPPLEMENT WAREHOUSEIT'S A SCAM!!

I ordered a product It has been Weeks still have not gotten the product, I tried to contact them stayed hold for hourwhen I did talked to someone they said they could not get the product, so why did they keep my money for so long, not a good companyWhen I final talked to them told them to cancel and give me a refund, the said they would and would take 3-days to get

Supplement Warehouse is currently running a scam and stealing money from consumers
They offer all products but after an order is placed and the money is taken, you get an email saying it is back orderedThe product never comesThe few products that are in stock that I have ordered have been delivered only to see they are already expired and visually have gone very, very bad
Currently, I have had separate orders which I had to refund due to out of stock productIt has been weeks since my order (Dec 16, it is now Feb 2), 4-weeks since the refund request and SW Helpdesk will not reply to my requests for an update or to speak with a managerTheir phone number no longer worksHowever they still have it posted online

I placed an order and was charged $for products back on 4/20/The order was never sent, and no tracking info was ever provided on the websiteI have contacted the company times and am only told that they "will look into it." I never receive anything more specific than "the order may have been shipped."
I either want a vald tracking number, a replacement shipment with a valid tracking number, or a refund

I ordered several products from this company on January 19th, for the total of $I received the standard confirmation email with the receipt and expected delivery dateIt stated "please allow 7-business days for product to be shippedYou then will be emailed a tracking number for your order." Over three weeks have gone by and no tracking numberI have tried getting ahold of customer service but the email and phone number their website provides are no goodI've looked up complaints and many of their customers have had the same issue

I received an auto reply email advising me that my refund may take up to business days
I still have not received my refund
The phone number provided in the auto reply email is a non-working number

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order with this organization on 04/10/with the impression per shipping method, that my order would be shipped out in business daysI checked their website on 04/13/for the status of my order, and it states that my order was cancelledI did not cancel my orderMy money was also not refundedI called their Customer Service and got a voicemail on several occasions which told me to call back laterI sent an email as well on 04/14/and have not received a response yet, only automatedI can not speak with anyone about my order and I believe they are keeping my money

Extremely slow communication and advertisingProduct was advertised as in stock but I received an email over a week later saying it was back ordered and I needed to wait one to two weeksThe initial purchase confirmation email took a day or two to arrive, which was not confidence-inspiringGetting a confirmation of my attempt to cancel the order took three communications since I checked out as a guestStay away from these guys!

I ordered $worth of product and was told that most of it was on back order that was a month ago I have not received my items and I have tried several ways to make contact with the company via email and phone and phone seems to be disconnected and no one returns my emails

I ordered some items from this company and never received them, despite being chargedI tried to contact the company multiple times, and was put on hold for minutes and then was hung up onI called recently and the wait was over minutesThey keep emailing me every two weeks saying my order is back ordered for another two weeksThis company is either a scam or just a terrible company

You get your shipment late They promise a refund and you wait I'm STILL waiting But worse is customer service These problems would be solved if they answer their phone/Email VERY disappointed and will never order again

Prior to my most recent order, which was made in October of 2016, I had no experience with supplementwarehouse.com My order was put on backorder, which was fine, but I chose to to be refunded on November I was assured I would be give a full refund It is December 30, and that has not yet happened They took my money and seem unwilling or unable to refund it with zero services or products provided

Sent me protein powder that was past the expiration dateNever again
