Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We do not accept Supplemental Warehouse’s response because they are falsely claiming that they have issued a full refund They have still failed to credit the credit card that they immediately charged the order against long ago, even though they should have known that the product was not in stock to ship Now they are being untruthful to the Revdex.com as well as us, hoping we do not notice or check Unfortunately for them, I just checked my Visa account and there is no pending or processed charge for a full credit from the companyThey have repeatedly denied our request for a refund We will be filing a complaint with Chase Visa, requesting a chargeback to get our money back, and filing many other complaints about this company with many regulatory agencies and websites My legal training will help me with this processThis company is truly a scam operation and should be stopped Regards, [redacted] ***

I never received the supplement I purchased even though my credit card was charged I asked for a refund and they will not accept any emails The phone is not in service

I place an order with Supplementwarehouse.com on 7/15/My order number is [redacted] On 7/21/2016, I received an email stating that the item I ordered is out of stock but they expect it to be back in stock within weeksOn 8/4/2016, I received another email, identical to the one beforeItem is out of stock, is expected to be back in stock within weeksI emailed them back that day asking if they will refund the entire the amount plus shipping that I was chargedI never received a response back from themOn 8/12/16, I sent them a message on their website asking that they refund the money that I had paidStill, no response, I tried reaching out to them by phone 8/15/and 8/16/several times throughout each day and everytime there is an automated message stating they are experiencing to high of call volume to take my call, try again later and then it automatically disconnects the call

After 3 weeks I have still not received my order nor have I been able to reach anyone at the business for any answers. Ive tried emailing and calling with no luck. They did charge the order to my credit card though.

I placed an order on December 13th Two weeks later received an email that my order was on back order and would be notified when it became available, however they took my money out of my account right away Two more weeks and I still hear nothingAt this point I'm frustrated and call to cancel my orderI sat on hold for minutes and then someone picked up and

I requested a cancellation of my online order after the company said items were back ordered (which I was told three weeks after my order had be submitted) I was told that upon cancellation I would receive my refund in six business days I cancelled my order on January 10, It is now January 25, and I cannot get this business to respond to my repeated emails Phone calls are not possible as I am told each time I call that they are, "unable to take my call at this time." The line is then disconnected It has now been business days from the time I cancelled my order, and I have not heard a word from this business No one responds to my email

I placed a simple order from Supplement Warehouse on May As of June it was not shippedOf course, they charged the credit card immediatelyI called to cancel the order and was on hold for minutesTheir system gives a countdown of estimated wait times which started at minutesThe representative was rude, said I would get a refund and hung up on meI have a bad feeling I will have to pursue this matter further
