I ordered a product they offered on there website several weeks agoThey made it look like they had it in stock by having other products labeled unavialable, but this one wasn'tAfeter I ordered it I was billed for it and the shipping costThen several days later they sent me a notice saying they didn't have it but they could send me something else instead or it will be available in weeksI sent them an email asking for a reply and received noneThen after two weeks I called to see what was going on and was told they dont even know when they are getting the product inI then told them I want my money back and the lady said I would get it and part of my shipping backI received a refund for the product but not the shippingI then went online to find out how much shipping should have costed for the other products ordered and could see I was considerably over chargedWhen I did call the lady acted as though it was my fault I assumed they had the product they sold when the did n

SupplementWarehouse.com is billing people, taking their money and not shipping out the products Their customer service is non-existent, and they do not return emails nor answer phone calls I have called three times and emailed five, in the last three weeksTheir are NUMEROUS complaints on their Instagram page from customers in the same scammed postilion as I am

I placed an order with this company via their web page on March 15th, After not hearing anything for a week and after that cashed my payment immediately I tried numerous times to call them via their published customer service numberMy goal was to speak to someone to find out when my order will shipWhat I came to fond is that your placed in a continuous phone loop where you cannot reach anyone to speak toI tried this for two days and became further frustratedI finally emailed them only to get the following response: "We've checked into the status of your order and do not see any unanticipated delays at this timeIf you did not receive a tracking number, you should receive one shortly Most of our orders do ship in 5-business days and should not ship later than business days; however, delays may occur because of sales surges, promotions, or time in transit between our warehouses and order fulfillment center" It would be nice to publish this on their webs

I have been ordering with them for years and I'm the past 2-years their attentiveness and customer service has plummetedJust recently (well almost two weeks now and still waiting) for example I placed an order for three items (October 12, 2016)I never got a follow up email with tracking number as they promised until I sent a very nasty emailEven then the tracking number wasn't incorrect! Not only that it was for only one item in my order and it was delivered days after I ordered itI didn't receive it until October I am still waiting on the remainder of my order which I placed almost weeks agoI have sent emails and called numerous times to a toll free number that literally tells me the representatives are too busy to answer and the line hangs up on youAll I really want is some type of update, anything reallyToday is October and I have yet to receive or get any type of update on the remainder of my orderJust here waiting in limboThey are completely unprofessional incompetent and I will NEVER do business with them EVER AGAIN!
