On August 16th, I placed an order for some supplements on Supplement warehouse in the amount of $I checked out as a guest, but provided them all of my informationThey took the money, but never sent me a confirmation email or a order numberA week and a half later, I received 1/of the things I ordered, but not the other halfThere was a email saying that the product was back ordered, and I could call and request a cancelation request, or a subsitiute itemI've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, to no availThey don't pick up the phone anytime I call, always a automated response that points you to a broken webpageEmailing doesn't help eitherThis has a scam written all over it

I placed an order and did not receive all of itI was told the rest would ship out within the next week and It has been weeks and I still have not received itI tried to contact this company via phone and email and did not receive a responseI have already been charged for the full order despite not receiving it

On January 11, I decided to try and use a new website to order my whey proteinI made a purchase and was given order #: [redacted] I was told to wait business days for shippingNow it is Jan 31, and no productI have tried calling [redacted] multiple times at all hours of operation and each time have been told there are high call volumes and they are unable to respondI have emailed the company also per the instructions from the automated message and no responseIncredibly awful company who plans on stealing your money instead of shipping productThey truly should be shut down

I don't know how many thousands of dollars I've spent with Supplement Warehouse over the years but I'll never spend another cent!!! After over an hour on the phone on hold, I'm told after not receiving ANY contact for weeks the products I had ordered (in replacement of products I had ordered weeks earlier and never received as they were not in stock) were also not in stock!!!! It took ME chasing them AGAIN to find this out! The worst part of this is their website showed both sets of products were in stockOver the past months I have received incomplete products (shaking cups without the mixing utensil) and when I emailed the team at SW querying my order I received sporadic and sarcastic responses - again, two or three weeks after my initial enquiryIn addition to this they replied that 'this batch didn't come with the mixing utensil'I feel this is a MINOR detail customers should be made aware ofI gave up on email communication but when I tried to call their prompts did not work and eventually when they did I was always on hold for at least a half hourI'm sorry but this is simply no way to treat ANY customer let alone loyal customers who spend thousandsI was left shaking my head today when after minutes I finally spoke with a representative who informed me there are only TWO employees on the SW team designated to respond to ALL emails and phone callsIt's and this level of service (or more accurate disservice) is beyond unacceptable! There are other sites out there girls and guys, you don't want to waste all your hard work and time dealing with amateurs like Supplement Warehouse!

I ordered a product and it has been weeks since it cleared my bank and no productI have called the several times and even tried the cooperate office but you cannot get through bc of high call volume every day and it hangs up on you I have sent emails and no responseI just want my money back so I can purchase else whereI feel like they have stolen my money

I have recently ordered a protein powder supplement for my sister as a Christmas present and in a matter of weeks, On December 15th, 2016, I've received an email that the product is back-ordered and should be in the warehouse in a matter of a few weeks, but near Christmas Day, I've yet received another email that the order is STILL back-ordered, and by the end of January 2017, I've received a legal notice stating that the online company is no longer operating I knew by that time, it is too late to get a refund from the credit card company, and I wasn't very happy I'm now in the process in filing a proof of claim and hoping to get my money back! I would give this company ZERO stars for fraudulent business conducted and for scamming Thank goodness they were out of business! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

I ordered supplements from this site and I have ordered from them in the past days had past by and no delivery came so I called them and they said they product I ordered they did not have in stock, but failed to inform me in the days that they were out of the product until I called them So I told them to cancel the order all together and refund my money and they said they will cancel my order and refund my money with days, but will send me an email confirming the cancellation immediately m, but I never received the email Since then I have been calling them and they will not answer any calls This is not acceptable with me, they are theives

Ordered a large purchase on the 20th of Nov;my daughter managed to get an email response after days that the order was on "hold" up to days pending processing payment of my orderAll well and good, except that the payment had gone through instantaneously with my credit card....sounds like FRAUD to me Tried calling (due to high call demand..blah blah...), writing email both external and internal to their site, and attempted chat All with no contact for the last days Obviously a fake and scam siteAVOID AT ALL COSTOr use at your own risk
