I ordered a protein powder from Supplement WarehouseThey immediately charged my credit card and confirmed the order weeks later I tried calling to get an update on delivery None of their numbers worked, including the commercial "stores" they had listed on their website I found out later that they were in bankruptcy They are still sending out e-mail soliciting orders and accepting orders on line

Unfortunately, this item(s) may still be on backorder from our distributorIf the customer wishes to place a new order, we will honor the same pricing they previously had; we will note the customers accountThe customer will have to place their order by phone to receive the adjusted pricing

company has not delivered or mailed product which was ordered online on may 15thtoday's date June 2ndStarted a query to their help desk days ago, and they have now stopped respondingWait time on calling customer service was minutes, tried another day and customer service stating due to high call volume can accept customer service calls, reaching a rep at the corporate office, rep tried to transfer to a customer service rep only to be sent to a voice mailbox which asked for a voice mail box number, trying again the rep in the corporate office could only take into and said someone would call in a couple daysQueries back to the online "help desk" by email are going unanswered

I placed an online order on 03/27/ A couple of days later, I called the Customer Service line multiple times to try to find out why I had not received an email notification of shipping I could only get an automated message stating that they were experiencing high call volumes No matter what time of day that I called, I could never speak with a live person regardless of what phone option I selected On 04/06/2016, I received an email from the help desk stating that my order was on back order That very same night, I replied to the email expressing my dissatisfaction with their company and requesting a refund ASAP! I received no email response or refund On 04/25/2016, weeks later, I sent another email letting them know that if I did not receive an email confirmation of my refund within days, I would submit a complaint with the Revdex.com As of today, 04/28/16, I still have not received an email response or refund I am unsure if this company

I placed a online order in the amount of $on January 3rs I still have not received my theee products I have tried calling several times,only to sit on hold for 30+min then a recording comes on tells me they are to busy to take my call & it then hangs up on me I have tried to contact them two times on their website contact form, nothing I reached out on Facebook, they responded, but refused to help When placing the order I did not receive a confirmation or order number I did not receive a email either However the company still took my money

I placed orders paid by bank card never received products I emailed times no answer
