On 3/26, I placed an online order at SupplementWarehouse.com On 3/28, my credit card was charged $for the order A week later, I still did not receive any shipping information on my order (even though they advertise FAST shipping) so I read their policy online and saw they require up to business days to ship orders So I waitedOn 4/(now business days after I placed my order) I attempted to call the phone number to cancel my order and the recording stated they"had a high volume of calls and to try again later" I attempted to call for days and received that recording each time So I emailed the Help Desk and asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund, as I had already ordered AND RECEIVED the same products from a different online retailer They ignored my email and the next day I, conveniently, received an email that half of my order was shipping that day and that the rest was backordered I then emailed them numerous times that I wanted to cancel

We have replied to this customers Help Desk ticket emails in regards to this as wellWe will be shipping this customers order as soon as it becomes available through our distributor; we notified this customer of the backorder and delay, and they responded that they wished to wait for delivery instead of substituting or cancelling for a refundAs soon as the product(s) arrive, we will ship this customers order immediately, and email them the tracking informationWe have no intentions of not sending this customers order, unless the customer requests a cancellation before shipment

I ordered Cellucor Cunder the promotion of "buy (2-serving containers) servings get servings free, and was only delivered servings I contacted the business several times regarding this issue with no rectification of the problem I was also guaranteed free items with the order and was told that they were no longer in stock

I have placed a order trough Supplement Warehouse on August (days ago) and still waiting to hear anything at allI have NOT received a confirmation email about my order not even able to see the status of the order on the websiteThe funds were withdrawn from my account the same day and I am not even sure if the order has been processI have attempt more than calls selecting different options and the message is the same on the automated phone is " due to unusual high call volume we are unable to take your call, sorry for the inconvenience try later"This is the worst customer service I have ever experience, I want to know what is going on and if this business is even real I want the products or my money back since it is above 100$ and I can purchase the product somewhere else

This company quickly processes your order on line sends you an order number but they don't send you you merchandiseThen when you call their customer service, help desk or corporate office all you ever get is a recording that says due to high call volume we are unable to take your call or told you're the fourth caller in line then they have you on hold for an hour and still no one answers no matter when you call

Like numerous others I have seen on various review websites, I was charged for an order I placed, then told, several weeks later, that my products were on backorderThere was only one product they planned on shipping and while they eventually did credit me with the bac kordered products, they kept the monies for my item that they supposedly shipped outWell, it never came, so I emailed them about days agoI received a call from a woman who rushed through the message, stating that the product was just returned to them as damaged in shipping - they offered to credit me for the productWill see if I finally get the credit, but it almost seems as if they charged me just to float on the money for a couple of months,only to refund the money laterIf it isn't a scam, it is an exceedingly poorly run business and I would caution anyone to buy their supplements from somewhere else!

I placed an order on Saturday, April 2nd I received no further word on if the order ever shipped I called into their help desk and no one answered I sent one email to the help desk that was never answered I then sent another email that was never answered

I placed an order with this company in December and after a month of not receiving my order, I tried to contact them via their website, via phone (could not get through to anyone or leave a voicemail), and via email all to to which I received no return contactI attempted again to submit a refund request via their website to which I received a message stating my refund would be processed and they would be in contact, neither of which were doneI tried to call today, and the number was disconnectedI tried to submit a message via their website and I got a message that read it was unable to process my request, and all of my email attempts today have been returned stating "the account you are trying to reach is disabled." Their website needs to be taken down so no one else falls victim to their money-stealing scam

On 11/28/placed and order for products from supplement warehouse, after waiting for one week I called to see where my package was, I was informed it takes days for shippingdays past I try to get in contact with customer service multiple times (right around 10-times) and I keep getting a message that says they are too busy to answer their phonesTill this day 1/25/I still haven't received my package and still can't speak to anyone even though they already withdrew their money from my bank accountI am very unsatisfied with this customer service and I am more than sure it doesn't take nearly months to ship a package and just the fact they don't answer their phones is very infuriating
