I ordered product from this business, was charged in full for the product and shipping and have not received the product, notification of shipping or anything related to my order I have called many times only to be on hold in a queue and then when I get to the front I am pushed back againI have also emailed many times requesting information/status and have received no responses It has been a week since I have placed this order and have received zero information from Supplement Warehouse - this has been an awful experience and I will never do business with them again

I don't even know where to startI was ordering natural kelp iodine, and the entire process took over monthsThey kept sending me the same automatic response when emailing for help about the orderThen a lawyer got a hold me months after this and still not receiving the product or my money backThe lawyer told me the company closed and I can try to file a claim to get my money back but there is not guaranteedOnly negatives here! I placed an order on September for a pack of Kill Cliff, advertised at $With shipping and tax it came to approximately $ I have received an email almost every week since then (today is Nov 17) that my order has been "updated to: Back Ordered" and that they expect it to be ready to ship in 1-weeks After waiting WEEKS and losing patience, I sent them a scathing email and await to hear from them After digging around and using simple investigative resources, I firmly believe that this company intentionally uses deceitful marketing tactics to lure customers into spending money with them by advertising brand name products at low prices, all the while never even intending to stock or ship that product unless threatened with legal action I believe they hope the customer will either forget about the order or substitute for an inferior product After researching the company, I realize they only offer bad business I have yet to read a single positive review that isn't an obvious plant Furthermore, they continue to offer the same product on their website with no indication that it is out of stock They only inform their customers a week after the order is placed that the "order has been updated to: Back Ordered" I look forward to them resolving this issue, but they have lost my business for good and I will warn everyone I can about their shady business tactics

Worst online company I have ever dealt with Calls themselves a warehouse, but every order I have placed has required a backorder for some reason Phone systems are terrible Can't get through to speak with anyone to discuss order status Not a single order has shipped in the business days they specify The e-mail help line is equally useless They say they will respond in hours, but if you get a response it is usually or days later Order at your own risk You won't know if you are going to your order or not until it just miraculously shows up at your door one day

I ordered $worth of supplements from this company on 01/15/ I received a confirmation email saying they received my order and my credit card was charged for the purchase No supplements were ever delivered, I tried calling on more than occasions, and always was referred to the website I called at all different times and was never able to get a live person to speak too I emailed the company at least times with no response Where is my order, if they can't fill it say so and refund my money There is no reason it should take weeks to ship this stuff from Wisconsin to Illinios And I'm furious at the no response at all after all the attempts to get a response So far this is theft, taking money and not providing a product is theft
