I order items from Supplement Warehouse totaling $on August 7, via my Paypal VISA card which utilizes my funds in my bank account with Wells FargoI never received a confirmation regarding my purchase, but the funds were debited from my bank account I tried calling the company to no availI also tried to reach out to them via their online site, but still no answerI believe this to be a sham business which takes money from consumers, but doesn't deliver a product from said purchasesI wish to have my order items delivered immediately or refund my money ASAP! So angry with this company! I've used them in the past with no issues, so I placed an order at the beginning of December for items that showed "in stock"Never received a shipping email, so I contacted them on 12/only to be told to allow days for processing before shippingWell, from 12/to 12/27, basic math shows that's well over daysIt's now 1/10/and I've still yet to receive any informationI've contacted the company again to cancel and get a refund but I'm now being ignoredI've tried calling but the number only gives a busy signal, probably from all the other people calling about their missing ordersSo I was charged, but never received my order, never received a refund and still haven't received a responseI can't believe I've recommend this place to friends! They are scammers!

I ordered a product and it has been weeks since it cleared my bank and no productI have called the several times and even tried the cooperate office but you cannot get through bc of high call volume every day and it hangs up on you I have sent emails and no responseI just want my money back so I can purchase else whereI feel like they have stolen my money

Supplement Warehouse is currently running a scam and stealing money from consumers They offer all products but after an order is placed and the money is taken, you get an email saying it is back orderedThe product never comesThe few products that are in stock that I have ordered have been delivered only to see they are already expired and visually have gone very, very bad Currently, I have had separate orders which I had to refund due to out of stock productIt has been weeks since my order (Dec 16, it is now Feb 2), 4-weeks since the refund request and SW Helpdesk will not reply to my requests for an update or to speak with a managerTheir

This business is truly an odyssey in the fact that they are still in business treating customers as they do I wish I had read the reviews before submitting my order I wouldn't have made such an itic mistakeFirst when you place your order they are going to wait two days to send you an email stating that since you are a first time customer that need to verify all of your information After that has been done then they take another 2-days to process the authorizationIt get's better When you call to verify the information you will be put on a call list with a recording telling you how many callers are in front of you No, I didn't say list as in you leave your number and they call you backNope you sit on the phone just like the insurance commercial and it randomly tells you how many callers are in front of you It is usually about a minute wait Then when you have to call back to see why your order hasn't shipped.......and you will, you will go through this procedure every time I has the recording telling me I was the 1st caller in line and it was still another minutes before someone came on the line, to tell me my order would ship withing the next 5-days We were currently on day So basically days to ship I cancelled my order and ordered with another supplement company whom shipped my order the same day and was at my door on the 3rd dayPlease do yourself a favor and keep shopping This company will soak up your time like a sponge If you are shopping for Christmas then by all means go ahead, you might get your order by then
