This customer did not follow our procedure for sending items in to consign on Swap.com When items are sent in, the customer is to request a pre-paid inbound shipping fee through his/her accountThis label has a $feeThe inbound service fee covers the inbound shipping of the box, the
processing of every item in the box, and the storage of each itemThe inbound service fee is deducted from the sale of the seller's items.The customer states that she paid $25/box to ship the two boxes in as she does not have a local *** shipping facility to send the boxFor all customers who are not local to a shipping facility, we offer to schedule a pick up in which Swap.com pays any extra fee for shipping, paying to ship the box is never required or expected of our customersTo request a pick up, our sellers simply have to contact our support team and a team member can schedule the pick up for a future date.When items are received in our fulfillment center, each item is inspected to ensure that it is of high enough quality for resaleAs a consignment company, we have to consider the quality of the items and how the next shopper would receive themUnfortunately, not all items can be acceptedIt is not personal to the seller.There is a commission that is taken from the sale of itemsThe commission is 25% of the sale price + $per item sold.We have a link on our website that explains all of our fees: https://www.swap.com/fees/This and our Help Center is always available to any person who may be considering selling with Swap.com, or buying the merchandise that is available.We have contacted the customer and offered to compensate her the two $inbound service fees that were deducted

I have placed two orders with Swap so far The first order, nothing fit and I had to return all items The process was quick and smooth with a refund in a reasonable length of time Free shipping back to them The last order everything worked out and was as described on the site I will continue to do business with them as you can get some great deals

I am rejecting this response because:
I think you are very wrong for not refunding my money It clearly states on your website that you should have 100% satisfaction or your money back That's clearly not true The items I purchased were not as described I would not have purchased them in a second hand store if I had seen them in person Furthermore, you stated that I have a store credit You have not credited anything You have not provided a code I think that you have very poor customer service and I will never shop from Swap again nor will I encourage my friends and family I will let people know of your deception

I was a little hesitant at first to buy used clothes for my baby over thr internet because people and pictures can be deceiving but I was very pleasantly surprised when I recieved the packaged and looked at the clothes I had orderEverything was as described and most of the items looked brand new!!! I love swap.com and with children, I will be shopping on swap for all my kids clothing needs!
