Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this does not address the entirety of my previous response including information related to damaged itemsI have repeatedly provided an explanation regarding swappingIt was my user standing that you had an issue with repeated swapping of items that originated as my ownThis is a new issue as far as I can seeThere is no rule against swapping multiple times with other users and raising the valueIf they choose the higher value that is their choice and it is also mineThere is no impropriety based on the terms of use in your siteI am willing to compromise on items that were originally my own but you have a 100% guarantee that you need to honour for items I received in a swap and wished to returnIf the value is a concern then I will accept the original value I would once again like to point out that this could have been resolved by a simple message saying you have an issue with multiple swaps on the same item and it would have saved us both a world of hassleAt no point was I made aware I was doing anything your site did not condone until I was blocked without any explanation Sincerely, Alexandra [redacted]

Swap.com is amazing Excellent clothes both new and used It is VERY easy to use and if you need to return an item it is even easier! I would recommend this site to anyone

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I reject this response, I feel the company is hiding behind their policies to issue me a refundThere is no reason why they would not be able to issue me the refund to my card at any time, every company has the ability to do so especially since they use PayPal, this is a one click transaction and results in an instant refund immediatelyThis is really a no brainer, their returns policy changed and I was not made aware of it and when I purchased replacement items to make up for the items received that were not to standard I should have been credited then and there and would have been no issueThey are refusing to issue me a credit to my card for the items already purchased, there is no reason for this and I really don't know why they are being so difficultIt shouldn't matter when the order was placed and in my case it was placed immediately after having to return itemsEvery business has the ability to issue the customer a full refund at any time but SWAP.COM is refusing to doIn addition, they are using vague returns policies that takes the rights of consumers away from them by arguing with them over the quality of items received from the consignment storeA customer should always have the right to a full refund and not a store credit if they so chooseIn essence, if you purchase from them and don't like the quality of what you received bearing in mind this is a consignment store and the items are used you are now forced to continue to purchase from them because they will not return your moneyI no longer have faith in the quality of the items I receive from them and since their is no way of knowing what I will receive and their returns policy is thus I urge consumers to look elsewhere so you don't end up with your money being held hostage by a company that refuses to even offer customers a full refund for the items they choose to returnThis is a scam and no different than being robbed when you consider you purchase an item that is sent to you, you don't like it, send it back and they keep your moneyThis is exactly what happened to mePlease be aware of this and take it into consideration when you consider purchasing from SWAP.COMMany families shop consignment to save money and really none of us can afford to give it away or have it taken by shady practices like these Sincerely, Heidy [redacted]

I bought a few items from them and was happy with overall experienceI decided to give them a try and sell on their web siteI send them a box full of kids outgrown clothesIt took them a month to post everything, no problem with thatThey send me a link to price my itemsI priced them and asked what about other items not postedThey said these are all we gotI told them surprisingly only nice clothes got lostThey are very slow to get back to resolve thisI want to request all things backBeware, before sending anything make a list of things sent
