After reviewing the customer account, it looks as though an old PayPal account was listed for payouts to be madeOn customer accounts, we do not have input to the email address that is listed, this is done by the customer/sellerWhen payouts are issued, the seller is emailed a notice to inform them that the payout has been made with a reference numberFrom the reference number, the seller can log in to his/her Swap.com account to view the payout details, the amount, and the address that the payout was issued to.When payouts are made to PayPal accounts that no longer exist or are inactive, the payment is either denied or unclaimed, then returned to Swap.com after daysIn cases that payouts do not go through, we are able to re-issue the payout to an active account for the seller.I have reached out to the customer to confirm the correct PayPal account that we are to re-issue the payouts to, we will be able to issue the amount owed as one payout amountTo have the seller's items sent home, I can send the seller a discount code for free shipping so that she does not need to pay the $return shipping on those items

Swap.com is amazing! The clothes that they sell are accurate to their descriptions Clothing is cheap and is of great quality I have been a customer for about months and have never had a issue with them I will be returning to them

This website tries to say they have "No fraud, hassle free returns"However, unless the item is damaged, you only get store creditI ordered about items, returned about half in a timely manner due to wrong fitThey refused to return my funds and said it "wasn't their policy"Their website is misleading, and they can't expect people to fit in stretched out, second hand clothes from various sellersTisk tisk

I just had my first order days ago and it was a very good purchaseVery good deal with free shipping and tons of items to choose fromWhat I received was exactly what I saw in the pictures and did read in the description...except they were even better lookingI could not tell some of the items were used and they were packed so neatly and individually named on etiquettes that I really appreciated itThe shipping was very fast, the delivery took a whileI already placed a new order...I know I have a new addiction! I really like all the promotions they launch, which allows to often have free shipping (very important to me)I highly recomment this business and I sure will keep going to it for my needs

Hello Heidy, I greatly apologize for the inconvenience I've reviewed the return again, which is on RMA In reviewing the reasons for the return, I show that $was due to the reason of (Do Not Like) I show one item worth $was for (Item Not as Described - Item was velour, not fleece) Based on our Returns and Refunds Policy which is on our Help Center on our website, and noted in the seal at checkout, it clearly states that if the reason for (Do Not Like) is selected then a store refund would be provided That is why $was issued in store credit Due to the fact the one item was not as described with the material not as stated, that item of $was credited to your original form of payment I've attached our Returns and Refunds Policy from our Help Center for your review: [redacted] Our Returns and Refunds Policy changed the end of April, and the updates were online prior to that change I apologize that your original return did not state that any of the items were damaged, which is why the return was processed as it was I also apologize your store credit was not yet available on your purchase of $73.97, which you placed on August 8th The return was placed on August 6, and the store credit would not be applied until we received the return back to our warehouse Also, when you purchased the $in merchandise on August 8th, you checked out as a guest In order to utilize your store credit, which is now available, please access that under your account [redacted] This $will not expire Please make sure you utilize this account for checkout on your next purchase, so the store credit can automatically be applied Sincerely, Jen

Have bought items three or four times nowhave only had to return a few items, and the return process was easy Was reimbursed for the item once they received it, or "store credit" once when a dress was "too long"Love the way you can search for only things in the size you are looking for And, not nearly as expensive as buying brand new clothing! It's the "thrift shop" without having to look through the racks! LOL! Will probably buy more from them!

I was a big fan of swap.com, both as a buyer and as a seller, but I have quickly become highly concerned about their ethics and business practices I will not do business with them againThe way this company is handling excessive inventory is extremely negative, and I suspect there are some things happening behind the scenes that would be questionableI am not one to write negative reviews ever, but I am truly blown away by the unprofessionalism with which I have been treated and by the way their customer service person responded to meI am known by my family and friends as having exceedingly high quality (and very expensive) clothing for my daughters I make a high income, and I am not one to skimp on clothing I spend thousands of dollars each year on Chasing Fireflies and on The Wooden Soldier, for example Having a way to recoup some of this money was a great idea And then if something didn't sell, I was happy to donate itHowever, they have a horrendous system that essentially has given me a "time out" like a toddler I was flabbergasted They have a totally subjective system where hourly workers are judging the quality of what you send in, and there is no consistencyI understand that they don't want "junk," but their way of dealing with it is to ban sellers from sending items to them for months Seriously?? A few months ago I got a nasty email saying that I had a 6% reject rate, and this was unacceptable If I didn't "improve" the quality of what I sent them, I would be banned Are you kidding me? I had sent them probably a thousand dollars of top name items My 6% reject rate showed some belts and scarves that they did not want OK -- I learned my lesson No belts and scarvesI was SO careful to examine everything in my next box My mom even went through it all a second time, and she is one of the pickiest people I know! However, I just got a nasty email from them saying that I had a 66% reject rate Then when I went back into their system, ALL of my shipments were above a 50% reject rate That is absolutely, positively NOT right What has happened?!? Their customer service person wrote to me that "The rejection rates progress as the boxes are processed, which is why you may have seen a change." WHat? They had already processed everything in my box and had it listed on their site when I got the email What is this "change"? This company is doing something with my high-end clothing and claiming that it is not fit to be re-sold Of course there is no way to prove thisI could be someone with ratty old clothing making this claim It is an incredible business model because it cannot be proven unethical It is all subjectiveBut think about itwhy would your business model include rejecting people from sending clothing in? If you have excessive inventory, donate it! Create a partnership with [redacted] to haul off truckloads each day of unwanted clothingI was patient with this company when they were going through growing painsI waited days for my items to be sorted through on multiple occasions, often passing seasons by where my clothes would have been soldThen there was a period of time when they were not accepting any boxes due to a large incoming inventoryI waited againNow they are treating me like an ill-behaved toddlerI am DONE What a horrible experience

I bought items from Swap.com (shrugs to wear over dresses)Arrival was quick, and product was in good conditionThere were items that I was not overly fond of (made of material I wasn't expecting, and where the picture on Swap made it *seem [redacted] to have a clasp to hold it closed but it did not have any such clasp)Overall, my experience was positive, and I am satisfied with my purchasePricing was excellent, and so I am not upset that a few items weren't as expectedThey are still wearable and in good shape
