I discovered Swap.com just three months agoI have purchased two large boxes filled with items from Swap.comAll the items I purchased were in excellent condition, clean, and items were carefully packaged in plastic bagsThanks to great item descriptions and sharp photos, all my items were exactly as pictured and describedI always purchase at least $worth so I receive free shippingDelivery was swift and I am always excited to explore the "new to me" items as I open the Swap.com boxes
I have also sent two large boxes of items to Swap.com to sell for meTheir instructions on how to participate are very clear and straight forwardThey have many articles on their site to explain different aspects of the selling experienceTheir listing photos are crystal clear and their item descriptions are extremely well-doneThe seller's fees are certainly reasonable - they earn them by their superb workIt is fun to easily price the items they have acceptedI love that the few items I've sent that were not accepted can be donated and that those profits go to charityI have already had one "payday" from items I have sent in and it is fun to see my current sales mounting upI love the notification that comes to me when an item sells and I can see how much I have earned
I love everything about Swap.comPerhaps my very favorite part of Swap.com is their world-class customer serviceI have had several years of experience with two other major on-line clothing consignment businessesI have severed relationships with both those businesses and will do business only with Swap.comI have had many questions that I sent to Swap.com Customer ServiceIn all instances I have received swift, polite, and informative responsesTheir Customer Service Manager has been exceptionally helpful and kind and he always swiftly replies to my questions
I think Swap.com is very honest and transparent in their business model and actionsI feel that I am valued as a buyer and as a lister of items to sellI have been delighted with all my purchases and very pleased with my listing and selling experience
I think Swap.com is the best on-line consignment company by far

SWAP.com is a fantastic consignment website! They have made shopping extremely easy by allowing you to sort by size/price/item/etc, they have prompt shipping and delivery with reasonable shipping fees, have excellent customer service and satisfaction guaranteed, and sell quality itemsI have purchased multiple children's items through this site to include clothing, books, and toys and I have been extremely satisfiedThe only hiccups I have encountered were that 1-items I ordered had a stain or small hole, not as described in the quality, and/or they couldn't locate the item in the warehouse but customer service responded immediately and posted my refund the same day and allowed me to keep the defective items- so I didn't have to worry about shipping them backI would highly recommend this site!!!

This company has old-fashioned customer service skillsI just can't say enough about themTheir web site is easy to navigate, they have incredible prices, the product is like-new, brand name merchandise

Good luck getting anyone to ever answer the phone number listed They have terrible customer service I foresee this company going out of business eventually due to deceptive practices both with how they pay the people who consign with them, and how they treat customers who buy from them

I really enjoy swap.com, I find it most useful by using the filters to narrow down your search to specify the items you are looking for otherwise it could be a bit overwhelming as there are a lot of things availableI've ordered jeans, coats, blazers and just recently a pair of bootsEvery single article was in better than good shapeNo faded items, they were exactly like the pictureThe prices are beyond reasonable almost a steal!!

Amazing company for selling and buying kids items

The items I received were better than what I was even expecting! They looked brand newI am extremely happy with this transaction!
