I have used Swap.com and plan to use them again and againI ordered several items and was happy with the quality and accuracy of everythingAll of the items were exactly as shown, the shipment came right awayI had to do a return because of size and it was handled quickly and without any issueI shop a lot and this was a great experience, I plan on using this site often

I am rejecting this response because:
I reject this response, I feel the company is hiding behind their policies to issue me a refundThere is no reason why they would not be able to issue me the refund to my card at any time, every company has the ability to do so especially since they use PayPal, this is a one click transaction and results in an instant refund immediatelyThis is really a no brainer, their returns policy changed and I was not made aware of it and when I purchased replacement items to make up for the items received that were not to standard I should have been credited then and there and would have been no issueThey are refusing to issue me a credit to my card for the items already purchased, there is no reason for this and I really don't know why they are being so difficultIt shouldn't matter when the order was placed and in my case it was placed immediately after having to return itemsEvery business has the ability to issue the customer a full refund at any time but SWAP.COM is refusing to doIn addition, they are using vague returns policies that takes the rights of consumers away from them by arguing with them over the quality of items received from the consignment storeA customer should always have the right to a full refund and not a store credit if they so chooseIn essence, if you purchase from them and don't like the quality of what you received bearing in mind this is a consignment store and the items are used you are now forced to continue to purchase from them because they will not return your moneyI no longer have faith in the quality of the items I receive from them and since their is no way of knowing what I will receive and their returns policy is thus I urge consumers to look elsewhere so you don't end up with your money being held hostage by a company that refuses to even offer customers a full refund for the items they choose to returnThis is a scam and no different than being robbed when you consider you purchase an item that is sent to you, you don't like it, send it back and they keep your moneyThis is exactly what happened to mePlease be aware of this and take it into consideration when you consider purchasing from SWAP.COMMany families shop consignment to save money and really none of us can afford to give it away or have it taken by shady practices like these.

Swap.com ,is a true blessing I never would have thought I would find ! They carry really great item's at amazing price's ! So to me Swap.com is a treasure among treasure's !

I find myself adding and adding items to the cart and when I'm done, I just assume it's going to be this super high total and I'm going to have to remove items but when I get to the shopping cart sometimes I have to continue shopping because the total is waaaaaaay less than I calculated LOVE Swap.com!

I have ordered from Swap.com several times and have yet to have a bad experienceThe description of the items on the website are accurate and I always get exactly what I ordered

I have been using S.W.A.Pfor over six months and have ordered or timesIt has become my favorite site for consignment itemsAll orders have arrived on time, or early, in great shape - items packages in nice plastic bagsThe website is HUGE, and I rarely shop it all at one time, but their filters make it easy to narrow your searchesThe prices are good to excellent and the variety is fantastic! In the few rare occasions when something needed to be returned, the process was easy and quickWhen ever I have contacted the staff, they have always been more than helpfulI highly recommend this site, and I am a very picky shopper

Revdex.com:I am confused as the business said they found the 2nd label and it would take days to process my items, however if they want to file a claim with *** for *** in the amount of $That is acceptable and mail the check to my addressI would like some way to track that progress
