I am rejecting this response because: Telling me your secretly-opposite-of-the-stated return policy (again) is ridiculous. You aren't listening: You claim that you 100% Guarantee REFUNDS. You make that claim with no asterisks, no caveats. Only after a customer purchases from you and requests the promised refund do you tell them that you DO NOT, in fact, 100% Guarantee refunds as stated on your website and on company paperwork. When they ask for the refund, they are told that you have a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT return policy from the one that you stated in order to LURE clients to buy from you.That's called FRAUD, and I'm coming after you. See you in court. In California.

I had a fabulous purchasing experience with Swap. All the items I bought were exactly sized and in the condition as was stated on their site. The prices are impossible to beat! Their site is great as well, you can narrow what you are looking for to very specific criteria. I will definitely use Swap in the future! Thank you!

I have been shopping with SWAP.com for about a year now. I first ordered from their website and was very pleased with the clothing that I received. I like the fact that if it does not fit or is not as described, they send out an RMA return label and you can ship it back without paying to have it shipped back for an exchange or refund. I have ordered multiple times, even for Christmas gifts and items have been as described. I bought a coat that cost me $12 and it was new looking, stylish, and very warm and comfortable. This coat would sell for about $35 retail.
I had several pieces of clothing that I was going to donate to [redacted] but decided to try and sell them on SWAP to see how that turned out. I will have to say that I was disappointed with that. Most of my clothing was rejected and I was told that it had pet hair on it. I don't have pets and so I know how the pet hair got on the clothing. They said that the rejects were stained or not fit to sell and that they would be discarded. I was offered the choice to have them shipped back to me at a cost, but I did not want to pay to have them shipped back because I did not need them anymore. I looked them over for stains, flaws, or worn, torn, damage, etc. Some of the clothing that they accepted was not as nice as some they threw out or whatever they do with it. I have read other peoples reviews of a similar experience, so maybe they sell it for a lesser price and get a profit for themselves? I made about $3.00 on about 13 pieces of clothing.
I do know that the person who takes the photos does a fantastic job, and the prices that they charge for inbound shipping are pretty reasonable. I love shopping on this site, I have purchased lots of clothing and about 18 scarves. As far as selling, my experience was not very satisfying but I might give it another try now that I am familiar with the system!

I have ordered multiple times from Swap.com and have never had an issue. The products are great and so is the customer service. I have referred many friends and family members.

I've ordered from Swap.com twice now and both times I was highly satisfied with my purchase. The items were exactly as described. The site was easy to navigate. I live on a limited income so I don't get to treat myself often. Swap lets me do just that and not feel guilty and not hurt my budget.

I am rejecting this response because: this does not address the entirety of my previous response including information related to damaged items. I have repeatedly provided an explanation regarding swapping. It was my user standing that you had an issue with repeated swapping of items that originated as my own. This is a new issue as far as I can see. There is no rule against swapping multiple times with other users and raising the value. If they choose the higher value that is their choice and it is also mine. There is no impropriety based on the terms of use in your site. I am willing to compromise on items that were originally my own but you have a 100% guarantee that you need to honour for items I received in a swap and wished to return. If the value is a concern then I will accept the original value. 
I would once again like to point out that this could have been resolved by a simple message saying you have an issue with multiple swaps on the same item and it would have saved us both a world of hassle. At no point was I made aware I was doing anything your site did not condone until I was blocked without any explanation.

I am rejecting this response because: My items did not appear to have been inspected, because the clothes were folded as I had sent them in. In addition, the clothes I sent would not have been rejected for strong odor if anyone had looked at the bag. I again ask for the inbound service fee to be refunded to my account.

I ordered clothing from Swap.com. The items came very quickly and I am very pleased with them. I plan to buy more from them.

Swap.com was a wonderful discovery! Wish I knew about it sooner, as I found it accidentally! I bought maternity pants for my daughter. She has worn them everyday since they arrived. Comfortable, relaxed fit (unlike all the tight fitting pants available in stores) and they hardly show any wear. She wears them to work where jeans are not permitted.

Swap.com was a very simple way to shop. I will be using it again. They take very accurate photos of their product, I love that they take PayPal and shipping was fast.

I have to say, in all honestly that Swap has been my best shopping experience in used and/or new clothing ever. The website is user friendly. Clothing comes very clean and in better condition than listed, which I found amazing! Customer service is very easy to work with. If there are any negative reviews, I have to think it wasn't the fault of Swap unless expectations of customer are beyond perfect. I will continue to refer family and friends and shop with them.

I found Swap.com by accident - and I'm glad I did. I've ordered from them twice so far, and every item was in like-new condition, even though the description for most was listed as "fair". I couldn't find flaws or stains on any item; after laundering, everything looked brand new! Every item was exactly what I expected, what I'd ordered. Prices are very reasonable and my order arrived in good time.
