Employee assults customer
On june 15 at about 12:45 myself and my daughter and 1 week old son stopped for lunch after doctors appointment for bby at location in brandon fl on brandon blvd.It was rush hour and obviously the employee(i think manager)was overwhelmed I received my food and asked for mild sauce I was told it was in bag which it was not I asked again I was told the samething so I say well just give me more!but what happened next was SHOCKING!she literally took a hand full of sauce balled it up in her hand and threw them in my car with force so much so that it hit me and my passenger!I was in disbelief!I then opened my car door and knocked on window that she had quickly closed and told her I would be calling the police at that time she opened it and started to beg and plead that she was sorry she usually doesnt act this way and even gave me 22 of my 25.00 dollars back I paid with my cc but she gave me cash.I was so upset however it had already been about 25 mins and it was 101 degrees that day so I ended up leaving to get my grandson home.I immediatly contacted taco bell home office and also the police department when I left.I have yet to get returned call from taco bell after ive called twice I was promised on last call I would hear from someone by end of business day and still have not heard from anyone.

Sneaky We called and requested they come out for an estimate for a big tub/shower job and they set the appointment We were about to hang up and then they curiously asked for our billing address Odd When we asked why, they said there was going to be a $charge just for an estimate They apparently were not even going to tell us this until after they arrived? I immediately cancelled the appointment This is not the right way to treat a potential customer Communicate all charges clearly upfront, not as a surprise upon arrival

on the date I wrote the complaint my wife went into taco bell to have a food reimbursement the manager jonathan refused to honor the coupon because he said the mgrwho wrote the coupon, no longer worked there, make note the coupon states never expires, so my wife came and got me the mgrand a cashier(male) got verbally aggressive with me and I asked for them to return my coupon they both refused and jonathan told the cashier to tear it upI did indeed cursed at them when this happened and they both threatened to do bodily harm to me, I immediatedly came home called taco bell to speak with someone else in authority and jonathan answered the phone and hung up once I asked to speak to his superiorI file this complaint and the next day I went back to the store in the morning and talked with that manager and explained what happened

This letter is in response to Revdex.com complaint ID: [redacted] which occurred on December 28th, at Taco Bell on [redacted] **We sincerely apologize that the Customer was not completely satisfied! We strive to accommodate each and every Guest and their specific requests when ordering from our establishmentWe do strive to serve our Customers as quickly and as accurately as we possibly can as we know most of our Customers are visiting our Drive Thru because they have places to get to! With this said we never pre-make food and let it sit until a customer orders their food for several reasonsThe most important is that we want every Customers food to be as fresh as possible and secondly, there are numerous options of leaving off any of the ingredients that a Customer would not want with their mealIn response to the Team Member wearing acrylic nails in the Drive Thru window, we are very sensitive to monitoring hand-washing policies and wearing gloves while making food and maintaining a sanitary environment especially with clean handsIn regard to Cashiers we do have guidance in place with the length of acrylic nailsWe would be more than happy to refund the Customers $Cravings Deal or re-making her order! We always encourage Customers that are not completely satisfied to let us know so we can fix the issueWe never intend to give any Customer the feeling that they have been cheated from having Fresh Food, value for the money or Friendly people serving the food to each Customer! Pure-Line Plumbing quickly took care of my problem [redacted] was knowledgable and very mannerlyI couldn't ask for a better solutionI will definitely use Pure-Line for all my future plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber

One of my managers had offered a refund back to her card and she didn’t want to drive up here The only way we could refund her money, is if we had the card here to refund or if she gave her card number over the phone, and she didn’t want to do either We don’t know how else we can do this for her

When customer service called me we talked about the situation that happened in more detailBy the end of the call she explained that the situation will be looked into and that I may hear from a manager but there was no time frameShe did also offer me two free coupons for something which I respectfully declined I'm not looking to drag this on any further and I don't necessarily need to talk to a manager or anyone else but if the manager is calling me I certainly will talk to him or her[redacted] %

I had meant to delete that sentence regarding a request for reimbursement in its entiretyCould you please delete that sentence and submit?
