I went inside to order at the Grove City Ohio location on Saturday 6/and the soda machine counter was very dirty Floor was dirty and all counters and tables needed a good cleaning as well They were not extremely busy at this time I got a *** but it tasted weird, kind of like *** *** *** or something It was obvious the soda machine needed a good cleaning as well I'll never go back

This company did a great job on the installation of a gas stove in our home They arrived on time, were considerate of our home by using shoe covers and doing the job neatly and cleaning up when they were throughThey explained the scope of the work to be done, the price was fair and the personnel were professional, knowledgeable and friendlyThe employees were outstanding representatives of the Pure-Line Plumbing company

Placed an order in the driu, noticed items were missing when we got home Called to complain, asked for order to be remade Went back up to location, handed over receipt "Manager" accused us of stealing the items out of the bag I had a $order, we were missing tacos from a combo meal and tacos ordered extra Ordered beefy mini quesadillas, only received The items missing are the cheapest things we ordered and I resent being accused of stealing my own items, why would I want to drive miles back? Then when I get home again, still missing the tacos included in the combo and everything in the bag is smashed I call to speak with manager and request the order be refunded She laughs and says just bring everything back up there I said I'm not making another trip to get this refunded, the food is smashed and inedible, still missing items, and I shouldn't have to Starts laughing again, I ask for another manager, says she's the only one Requested owners information to call and complain, she says the phone number listed on Google is how they contact the owner Ive already filed a complaint with corporate to get refunded hopefully, but I wanted to share how poorly ran this store is and how inadequate they are at providing correct orders and customer service, especially at a timely fashion Drive thru May have 1-cars and it takes minutes place to receive an order Please reference the reviews on Google maps, multiple complaints for the same thing Rated 3.3/5, that's horrible for a business This location will never get my business again

The response from Joe ***(?) said that I was required to submit a letter requesting a refundHowever, when I spoke to him on June I specifically asked him if I needed to do anything else in order to get my refund and he told me NOHe told me that he would have Tony and Derek come back to my house and rectify the situationHe told me that they would call me on June I told him at that time that Tony had not given me a receipt, but he gave no indication that this would be a problemUnless Tony is lying about the payment then I don't see why they won't give me my full refundI bought and am still in possession of their steak package which has steaks, including fillets, sirloins & rib eyesAccording to their pamphlet the wholesale price of this package is 399.99.? There is no way that I could have bought that much meat for $They are only offering to refund $53.00.? Are they expecting me to turn over all steaks that I paid $for in exchange for the $53.00? Their offer is unacceptableWhen I called on June he gave me no indication that there would be any kind of problem with a refundHe told me that he was writing down the day and time of my call to document that I had called within the day time frame.? Concerning a visit by [redacted] to the Taco Bell Restaurant located at [redacted]. on 11/28/16.  Mr. [redacted] has been contacted by phone and the problem has been resolved.  He has been offered a refund and a replacement order on his next visit to this location.

I reached out to the store the day after and left a message. I was very angry as this has happened many times. Finally got to store 3 weeks later and was originally told by the manager that he could do nothing for me then he would only replace lost items. Complained with different name to really see if you people responded to anything as I have complained in the past with no response. Been given the run around and treated badly by store which is why I contacted Yum Brands on 12/8. If I can't get proper service then I go to top of the ladder. The store screwed up and should of taken care of me for the many mistakes. Bad business by Taco Bell. Yes you screw me many times and I will do the same by talking about my experiences and how I was treated and for people never to go there. Yelp reviews speak for themselves as to how they treat people. I will never go there again

I have responded to Mr. [redacted] calls, texts, and emails.  The rugs were in several sales in effort to sell them.  One rug was finally sold but one was not.  Yes, it did take longer than usual to return the rug to Mr. [redacted] due to shipping the rug to [redacted].  Never having...

shipped a rug I tried to work within his requested limits.  The rug has been shipped to him and he has received it.  Plus, I agreed to take no commission out of the sale of the first rug and send him the balance of the funds after the shipping funds had been deducted.  Everything has been resolved.
