I went inside to order at the Grove City Ohio location on Saturday 6/and the soda machine counter was very dirty Floor was dirty and all counters and tables needed a good cleaning as well They were not extremely busy at this time I got a *** but it tasted weird, kind of like *** *** *** or something It was obvious the soda machine needed a good cleaning as well I'll never go back

The manager of the Taco Bell 1891, Albert R*** tried to contact *** *** *** regarding the order he received. There was no phone number provided by Dr*** so an email was sent on August 7, 2017. See below for the email MrR*** sent. An apology was sent, and

I am unhappy about this stores customer service first of allThe employees are rude , some of them or most of them are high school students who lack every aspect of customer service skills I had gone to the drive thru window to placed an order and it took me minutes or more to get my food order .Even when I got my food order it was the wrong order .They have messed up my food order three or more times on separate occasions .Even though I placed an order from their cravings menu , shredded mini quesidias and one bean burrito , on the receipt it said correct order , when I went home and checked , instead of putting chicken they put beef on it That was one incident , Second incident they messed up my entire food order had I not checked right there and then they would not have re did my order again so I had to wait again in line so they can do it right This is a fast food restaurant so service should be fast and not slow ,service should be fast , efficient and accurate I h

I ordered a regular soft taco - and it had tomatoes all over it They do not come that way when ordered plain
One bean cheese burrio plain - that was full of riceNot just beans and cheese
(I also ordered chili cheese burritos and nachos that were suprisingly fine)
They messed up out of the food items I orderedEven had a mountain dew with no straw
You almost have to put special effort into being THAT badWhen I showed all of this to the manager he actually thought it was funny No "im sorry ma'am", no "what can I do to fix this?", nothing but a smirk on his face while he walked over and threw it in the trash Stood there drinking his drink, and then walked away A different girl walked over, and I told her to make all of the food over again, and get it right this time Because it was all cold by this timeThe girl at the counter FINALLY apologized when she gave me my food the 2nd timeThe manager's name is Owen - and he is obviously not cut out for this type of work he cares nothing about how the customers think, about how the workers do their job, the consistency of the order, and the appearance of the storeI have been coming to this location since BEFORE it was taco bell(It was a Zantigos prior.) And this time was the lastYou obviously do not care about people who are going through the store if you would put someone like this out there to represent your brandThe order number is ***

The restocking fee was calculated off the purchase price of the merchandise only. The $delivery charge and the $extended protection were not in the restocking fee calculation. Each special order item is noted on the reciept and the terms and conditons of the sale were acknowledged by Mrs***We are sorry to hear about the personal situation that lead up to the cancellation however, Colder's has made an exception in two areas to help address the concern. Again, we do apologize for the number of people the ***'s had to speak with, but because the ***'s were asking us to override the store policies, we had to get management involved.
