This tacos bell is the worst I have ever been to. They have poor customer serivce and fill shells with barley any food. I ordered a loaded potato griller and got a shell with 6 small potato slices, a little cheese and a few pieces of bacon in a shell. After asking for a new one the guy acted like I was crazy and did not apologize for making it poorly. Our soft shell tacos were also barley filled with meat to the point you could eat the whole taco in one bite. Very dissatisfied with this Taco Bell location.

Review: After waiting for an hour in drive thru the team meber [redacted] was rude did not offer an apology for the wait..said if I can do better to come try it. I ask for the magaer she wouldnt get her. Never got my food and was treated horrid. Could see at least 7 staff inside giggling while customers waited over an hour. Inside and out. The inside had about 4 customers and one team member sweeping the floors. After leaving and going to the fast food resturant across the road (which only took 4 min start to finish to get served) called the store to retrieve store num...the gentleman wasnt going to give the info to me.Desired Settlement: Refund of gas while sitting in the drive thru line with NO WAY to exit the line. Fuel used for one hour..Also the district manger needs to evalute these team members.

Review: I visited this location on 7/3/2015 at 5:20pm and ordered 2 frozen drinks $1.99 each, a cantina chicken burrito 3.79, 2 crunchy tacos $3.58 combined. The drinks leaked on my car and my clothes and my partners staining them all. The burrito ordered was chicken, the receipt says chicken, as I do not eat any red meat for personal/religious reasons. When contacting the store they advised their was a defect for the lids and it was normal for it to leak. They were too full not to leak, but that was his answer. All he offered was for a burrito replacement.Then I contacted Taco Bell corporate customer service and advised the issue, and they advised they would make a report and asked if I wanted a $5.00 coupon. So neither person speaking to was able to replace the full value, not to mention I have a stained car, clothes, and had to throw the drinks away because they were making more stains in my car. The mistakes were one thing, the inability for a company that large to rectify it is horrible.Desired Settlement: 1. Fix leaky cups or teach staff how to fill them.2. Learn customer service skills.3. Cleaning or replacement of clothes.4. Detailing of car to clean drinks.5. Offer full replacement of food: 7.79 plus tax. NOT $5.00!

Review: I sent an email to Taco Bell on December 18, 2015 regarding my online account. I was unable to sign in because I didn't have access to the email address on my account. Taco Bell did not answer my email. I called on January 25, 2016 and was told someone from technical support would return my call. I did not receive a call. I called back January 27, 2016 and was told it takes a day or two and I would receive a call. I explained I didn't have access to my account and I have money on my account I would like to use. It's obvious when Taco Bell is taking your money it's fine and dandy, when you need customer service no one is willing to help. This is a minor problem that needs attention. I want to have access to the money I put on that account.Desired Settlement: I want Taco Bell to contact me and give me access to my account.

Review: According to the customer, her husband went to Taco Bell with their grandson to order some food. While their grandson was eating his taco they discovered the grandson had a bloody band aid in his mouth that had been in the taco. Her husband later went back to Taco Bell to tell them what had happen and they denied the fact that the band aid came from one of their employee's and suggested that it came manufacturer that packaged the produce.

She called the corporate office and never received a phone call, so she will be contacting the Dept. of Health Services.Desired Settlement: The customer is requesting a refund and pay for medical expenses.

The food was good and the employees were nice thank you guys

Review: I bought dinner for my family at Taco Bell. That was my children place to eat until recently I experince a bad taste. After coming home after work setting up dinner I notice there was plastic product in my child food I called the store and they offer to exchange the food but being a person that take the bus and was unable to return to the store I was very difficult for me to go. The manager and staff was apoloized and very nice but that didnt change the fact I spent over $ 30.00 and had to purchase food else where. If I did'nt notice the plastic in taco my child could have choked or worse.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my purchase and my time spent wasted was really unfair to my children I am a full time mom and worker. I work hard and value my time. Maybe the staff can be educated of proper food and storage and food handling.
