Called business spoke with Weegie she stated that to get the food remade or to get a refund that Ms. [redacted] will have to come into the store. She will make all other managers aware that Ms. [redacted] will be coming up there.

Hello! This letter is in response to Revdex.com complaint ID: [redacted] which occurred on December 28th, 2016 at Taco Bell on [redacted]. We sincerely apologize that the Customer was not completely satisfied! We strive to accommodate each and every Guest and their specific requests...

when ordering from our establishment. We do strive to serve our Customers as quickly and as accurately as we possibly can as we know most of our Customers are visiting our Drive Thru because they have places to get to! With this said we never pre-make food and let it sit until a customer orders their food for several reasons. The most important is that we want every Customers food to be as fresh as possible and secondly, there are numerous options of leaving off any of the ingredients that a Customer would not want with their meal. In response to the Team Member wearing acrylic nails in the Drive Thru window, we are very sensitive to monitoring hand-washing policies and wearing gloves while making food and maintaining a sanitary environment especially with clean hands. In regard to Cashiers we do have guidance in place with the length of acrylic nails. We would be more than happy to refund the Customers $5 Cravings Deal or re-making her order! We always encourage Customers that are not completely satisfied to let us know so we can fix the issue. We never intend to give any Customer the feeling that they have been cheated from having Fresh Food, value for the money or Friendly people serving the food to each Customer! I have personally emailed [redacted] (3) three times in the last month. The phone number he provided is a fax machine number. I am waiting to hear back from him through email.

When customer service called me we talked about the situation that happened in more detail. By the end of the call she explained that the situation will be looked into and that I may hear from a...

manager but there was no time frame. She did also offer me two free coupons for something which I respectfully declined.
 
I'm not looking to drag this on any further and I don't necessarily need to talk to a manager or anyone else but if the manager is calling me I certainly will talk to him or her.[redacted]%

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a sectional in February.  Whenever the is any deviation from the display, it's considered a special order. Mrs. [redacted] requested the throw pillows to be made in another fabric, therefore making this order a special order.  As indicated on all our receipts, special...

orders are non cancellable. However, Mrs. [redacted] explained her personal reasons for the cancellation request.  Colder's management did authorize an exception and the order was cancelled, less a restocking fee.  Mrs. [redacted] will be refunded $2000.00.  A message was left this weekend at the home number explaining these arrangements.

This customer was contacted by our team and was sent gift cards to compensate his claim. We also passed his feedback on to our restaurant location in order to prevent further incident.

Just to clarify, we discussed several issues that require attention at the store closest to me ([redacted]) and I was assured by [redacted] from the corporate office that the issues I shared with her (in detail) would be...

completely resolved (stale food, ridiculously long wait times including the inability to get out of the drive thru when desired, sodas that have little to no syrup on a consistent basis).    She then also offered to send me 3 $5 gift cards.

Whirlpool is working directly with customer in trying to get this service issue resolved since he is under manufacturer warranty.

Reached out and spoke with the customer on 3/22. Sending compensation to help make up for their issue.

[I never received a call, and the email I got was sent on a Friday afternoon - God forbid I don't check my email on a weekend. The email was simply the following: "Hi [redacted],Thank you for contacting TacoBell.I will be more then happy to assist you with any issue that you are having with our Contact-us Form.Please call me back at [redacted] ** [redacted]Thanks,[redacted]Customer Experience SpecialistTacoBell Corp." As you can imagine, it is frustrating to have to call a PHONE number when my main issue is regarding a WEB FORM. Clearly electronic communication would be better, because a big point of mine was that there wasn't a way of electronically communicating no matter how much I tried. Fortunately, the # did lead to a direct associate - a # like this was impossible to find anywhere else. I spoke with [redacted], and she was helpful - listened to my concerns and explained what she's doing. And magically, the website is different now, and seems to be fixed! I'm sure it's a COMPLETE coincidence that Taco Bell fixed this only when I complained to the Revdex.com. I had been waiting for a year for this, and they weren't responding to me on [redacted], and there was no good number to call. I literally had no choice but to contact the Revdex.com; now, magically, they have a new website that lets you submit feedback.]

                                        ... To whom it may concern,   We received your notice of a complaint and would like to take this time to address this issue.   Customer Mr. [redacted] and I have had a chance to speak, and we discovered that our investigation into the matter was hindered, because we were initially, and then secondarily were given the wrong store locations.  This incident occurred at a 3rd location then what we previously thought. Mr. [redacted] was refunded at the time of his visit, and the employee working at the time, apologized for what happened.  I explained to Mr. [redacted] that not having the correct store information hindered our investigation.  Additionally we called and left two messages immediately to the phone number provided.  The first phone number we were given was for Mr. [redacted]’s fiancé, and she did not call us back.  Not hearing back eliminated our opportunity to ask more questions and try to resolve this to the customer’s satisfaction. I’ve reached out to Mr. [redacted] again and apologized for this experience.  I let him know that I was able to discuss with the store #4990 manager what occurred, and he is going to investigate further, and mail Mr. [redacted] an apology letter. Taco Bell takes quality, and customer satisfaction extremely seriously.  We would never want a customer to have a piece of plastic in their burrito, and take the necessary steps to make sure things like this do not happen.  We contact our Quality Assurance, and notify them of all of these instances.  We keep a clean and orderly back of house. When I last spoke to Mr. [redacted], he was happy with our resolution, and refund.
