Said client has complained at almost every appointment about our front desk staff She claims they either never call her back or wont give her the time she wants(which is sometimes not available) or they told her the wrong time or day...She gets nasty on the phone to whoever she speaks to I know
my front desk staff handles things well as we dont have these complaints .Quite the opposite people love them as they will accomodate everyone as best they can.These two women have been with us for 10-yrs at one point she told me I should fire them bothI have apologized several times to her to keep her happy
The day she called back she was mad as she said we never called her back and if we didnt want her business she would take it elsewhere then demanded to talk to her stylist about her appointment not about hair lossWe did return her call on Thurs Aug and left a message to get back to us to schedule her appointmentWe did not hear back until a week later
I did not make a scene, she was at her stylists station in the back of the salon and there was another client in the front of the salonHer stylist was consulting with her and had not started her hair at all Once again I apologized and said we do not have these issues with anyone else and asked her to please not be rude to my staff when she calls,all in a calm voiceAt that point she responded that this would be her last appointment and she would take her business somewhere elseI replied that that was her choice but I was not asking her to do that only to not be rude when she called
I never said some of the things she is claiming and thought I handled it in a proffessional mannerI was not aggressive or argumentativeIn fact I walked away at that point and her service started.I have been in this business for yrs and owned my own for and have never had acomplaint of this nature before .We have a 99%satisfaction rating with Demandforce
I will issue her a full refund even though I know she was happy with her service and that is what she paid forPlease let me know how to go about doing this if there is any protocol to follow I would appreciate a follow up so I can put this to rest

I would like for my case to be forwarded to the district managerI feel as though they are trying to keep this incident a secret from higher management

I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell! The manager, Corrina; was very rude, and offered no apology after plainly humiliating multiple customersI would not recommend this restaurant to anybody!

Once again I do NOT accept this response from themMy son didn't eat anything at Texas Road house that night as he was working and isn't aloud to eat on his jobThat is why he was hungry after work and I ran him through Taco BellIt's easy for them to sit her and try to blame my son for thisI took him to the emergency room in pain, they even told us it was food poisoning and that his white blood cell count was offWhy would I sit here and make this up? There insurance company even got a copy of his medical report and is trying to put the blame on my son as wellHow many customers did they have that night at the same time *** was there ordering the same food that he got? We were pretty much the only ones in that drive through that night orderingHe got his order pretty fast and we didn't have to wait for itSo how long was there food sitting out? I know many more people who have eaten there food and got sick after or ended up with diarrhea from itThey just didn't fill like following up with an complaintWhich I wouldn't of either if I didn't have to take my son into the emergency roomI feel the manager is part responsible and needs to get on there insurance company and take care of this matterWhen I try they keep blowing me off and telling me they are not going to do anything for himThere insurance company only called me once when this first happened and did leave me a message which I returned right awayAfter I spoke to them giving them full details on what happened and they even spoke to my son Joshua and asked him as well, after that we were pushed off to the side like they don't even careLast I heard from them was getting this letter in the mail saying that his white blood cells were of which can be a sign of food poisoning but they feel it isn't because no one else filled a complaintI want this issue taken care of and I will not settle until it is, so if I need to hire myself an attorney to fight this case I will

We needed a gas valve replaced (as well as a new gas line run with a shut off) - *** from Pure-Line Plumbing was super helpful! Arrived right on time, gave me estimates broken down so I could determine what I could do now and what I could plan for in the coming months/years (ie running a line for a gas grill), was able to do the work the same morning Would definitely recommend!

Revdex.com:They did call me and was told I'll given vouchers of $coupons so I asked them if I could club them together ..I was told yes I can do that..so I was happy..but when I receive the vouchers yesterday, its
mentioned that I can only use one voucher per visit..So they lied to me.I also emailed them but no response..so please issue me vouchers which doesn't have any such conditions .Pls issue me voucher which doesn't have any such conditions

Monster Towing is running a shady and low-down operation right in the heart of *** The owner, manager, and employees brush it off as a necessary evil It is just evil They are not required to tow from the empty *** lot, but they run that lot as a cash business preying on folks that are slightly careless regarding the parking in and around *** ** *** *** They have created a system of malicious practices that even include taxis waiting for your car to be towed, so that they too can profit from your carelessness and haste The business should not be allowed to (1) tow your car to the west side of ***, (2) impound the vehicle and not allow you to see it until you pay their pricey fees, (3) charge much more fees than posted on signs, and (4) require only cash The owner has been reported by the ** *** as having been arrested several times and also owning the coffee shop adjacent to this lot A dirty business is waste management or fertilizers This Towing business has no redeeming qualities If this lot requires towing, it should be done under the direct jurisdiction of the *** Police; not through a private scam

The landlords, Howard P*** and Laurie P***, of Rentbuyohio will not honor the rental terms in which they've agreed uponThey received a sale offer of the house in which tenants were renting and instead of giving fair notice or aiding in relocation, they've demanded that we all move out and have chosen to threaten to take us to court
Throughout the 2+ years, they've also let mice and varmints run rampant amongst the property despite numerous tenant complaints about the health state of the homeThey've been slow to fix common issues like sinks, refrigerators, locks on doors, etc
We've learned over the two years that Laurie Pa*** is quite insensitive has texted, by accident, my phone thinking she was in a different group text message boasting about how proud she was to evict other tenantsThat lack of empathy made me disgusted, but I kept it to myself
We are seeking justice and compensation for the relocation
