An advertisement for the Patriot 35S Pistol Shelf says that for a liimited time I can receive a free upgrade to hardwoodI ordered this product because the ad says it will be made from 3/4" hardwood however the graphic used in the ad shows 3/4" plywood I emailed [email protected] and asked if the shelf will be made from actual hardwood, or from plywood as pictured The answer I received confirms they do not use hardwood and the ad is deceptive and misleading The actual response from their support is as follows:

The shelf will be made of a hard maple pressed wood like that used for cabinetry in high end kitchens Please let me know if I can be of further assistance

I placed the patriot 35s in my cart and proceeded to check out at check out I was ask if I bought the freedom 52r for $ that I could get the
Patriot 35s for free that's what I chose to do but when I received my credit card statement this week I had charges one for the $and one for $

Do not order from this company if you haven’t alreadyI have found all these complaints and concerns after I have placed an order with this company giving the benefit of the doubt I went ahead and still waited to see if my items would be shipped and delivered to me after about a week I submitted an email for an update on my package I was told it takes to days for them to ship a package because they are handmade About five days later I received an email stating that my package has shipped and was provided a tracking number upon examining my tracking number the ship to address from *** was to California however I live in FloridaAfter two emails and nine phone call the times you cannot get a hold of anyone the phones are set up to forward all of your calls to a voicemail stating that the person is on the other line or away from the phonesBig hint this is always a scam if you can’t get a hold of anyone by the phone numbers they provide!!!
