Company has not fulfilled it's obligation to provide the advertised free gift (tactical flashlight) with the purchase
Purchased the shelf in Janbut never received the advertised gift which was part of my reason for making the purchase It's now Dec Sent several emails requesting an update on when I'd receive it Responses were blaming suppliers or offering cheaper and items that are not of interest to me My latest emails have been unanswered

I got my shelf in a timely mannerWay, did I say way surprised meI mean it look neat and all on the website, but way out done my expectations when I got it home and installedEasy installation and very user friendlyLove it, I also use mine to hide money inJust cut foam out and made it fit whatever I wantYay me for buying

Tactical Traps sold me a "TT *** (RFID) shelf on Feb My transaction was paid using a Mastercard Since October 2018, I have been unable to open the shelf using the provided RFID card I suspect the battery in the shelf has failed prematurely I have attempted to contact Tactical Traps via email and by telephone (800-651-9171) After several attempts, they have not responded The problem is that I have significant value enclosed in the shelf and it is not accessible I need them to respond to my inquiries as to how the shelf may be opened without using the RFID card They simply need to respond to their customers

I purchased unfinished inch traps because they do not offer them in the Jacobean dark finish that the rest of our furniture isWish they did because the staining and top coat took a lot of time and effortUnfinished shelves should be cheaper!

I recently purchased one of the shelves online and was quoted a sale price and was also directed to a page where they said I would get shelves for the price on one (they said they would credit $to my account) When I received my invoice in my mailbox, not only did I not get the sale price but I was charges for both shelves and was not refunded the $as stated totally over $to my account I was not prepared to spend that muchTo make matter worse on top of that, I have been trying to get ahold of someone from this company for days now, left messages and can't get ahold of anyone and no one is returning my phone callsI would not recommend buying form this company There are other comparable shelves for less money that you can find on Amazon
