Ordered two shelves from this company on Dec 2, received an email on Decstating they were done and would be shipped in the next dayIt is now Dec 18th and no shelves Emailed company and they keep saying they are preparing for shipmentThe email I received sainthese would be delivered with days of orderingWould like my money returned!!

Love my wood shelve, the wood is beautiful and works greatWas tricky to get up because no hard wear to put on wall with it, but very well made and works greatWould buy again

This company is a complete FRAUDThey are committing copyright infringement against "Tactical Walls" who they used to buy from directly and now have ripped off the design(s) as their own
Also interesting is their spokeperson Christphopher *** H*** (Navy SEAL ret.) is also the FRAUDULENT guy who claimed he was jumped by several individuals and shot in the stomach, only to find out he shot himself

On 10/10/16, I placed an order for a shelf from Tactical Traps
The product arrived damaged and the color did not appear as it did in the pictures
On 11/23/16, I first emailed customer service, which acknowledged the damage and approved my request for an exchange
I have been in contact multiple times and my return shipping label has still not been provided to me
I have directly asked on 1/11/17, 1/17/17, 1/23/17, and 2/10/for a shipping label to be emailed to me
The last message from customer service, on 1/18/17, indicated that they did not know where my return label was
I have not received any communication back since that time
