I ordered Tactical Traps on 7/25/and recieved them days later This is days later than promised
But the extra days was well worth the wait Each Tactical Trap was perfect! The unfinished one was
more difficult to paint then expected as we had to paint around the locking system You'll defintley need
painters tape for sure

After six weeks waiting since my original order on May 20, this unit finally arrived on July It is a piece of garbage The latch mechanism, once opened up, would not close without great force, and the alarm system started blowing, driving us crazy until I took the batteries outIt was obvious that the pin did not align with the hole in the latch mechanism I called them today, they said send it back and my cost would be refunded However, the shipping back to them from California was nearly $ They told me by phone this would not be reimbursed

Extremely impressed by the quality of the shelfThe lines are
perfect and when it is closed, it is impossible to see that the
shelf can be opened in two

Received exactly what I orderedThe one thing I'm unsure about is if I can cut the card to attach to the bottom of a vase or other item I plan to use as the key

I ordered a tactical trap about weeks ago The shelf showed up about days late The shelf itself is pretty awesome though The finish is flawless which I know takes a few days to cure It's built like a tank, you can tell it's built with solid material Definitely need a drill to install it though and I would order a second piece of foam too as I messed up tracing Overall I recommend it

I purchased items from Tactical TrapsFirst, on 6/14/2018, was in response to mass ad campaign on *** promising gun concealment shelf made of premium hardwood and includes bonus items: "LED lighting kit" ($value) + ** *** *** *** *** *** DVD and book ($value)They charged my credit card $the same day I ordered it ($+ shipping)A week later, on 6/21/2018, I received a seemingly personal e-mail telling me that my shelf was finished and the factory had leftover material from my build, and offered me a special one-time deal that if I ordered another type of shelf (bigger, at a higher price), I would get my first shelf freeSounded like a good deal, so I ordered the second shelfThey charged my credit card $the same day ($+ $shipping)Later that day, I received email from UPS indicating the first package was on the waydays later, I had no package, so checked UPS status and the packages had not even left the origination

honestly guys I don't have it put up yet, we have contractors in the house, they are getting ready to do trim, we don't want anyone to see how this works We intend to put it by the front door It looks well made, and it came quickly

COMMUNICATION IS NOT A PRIORITYafter a month when they initially said 5-business days I demanded a refund after making several attempts to discuss like adults I was told that the one piece had been shipped out that morning UPS said the tracking number had not been picked upinsert more excuses hereI did inform them I was filing a claim with my CC as well as state atty generals office and the Revdex.com finally after I filed a claim with my credit card company and contacted attorney generals office they refunded all my money looks like an incredible product but after the reviews and hearing about the products received sure am glad I got my money back

Nice looking shelf that works greatThe only negative would be that it needs to be longer to reach the studs so you can center it on the wall
