I have been warned many times because this is the excuse they use.I complete offers from my galaxy sover 4g LTE mobile data.they claim I use a proxy, or vpn, or that I am changing my device identifier.when they can plainly tell that I use the same device and same network.I always stay in sanger tx.granted my network can say I'm in krum, or Denton.but either way they have warned me about times.just cus they can't find any other reason why I have not been rewarded.And if I do get banned while using my limited mobile data further compensation will pursue.I urge this company to STOP using the same email over and over.And the replies are all the same copy and pasted lies.the only change is the name of the employees who sent it.so I see now they have even lied here saying I have only been warned times.every time I complete an offer and don't receive compensation they try to scare me by warning me

"Our Risk Management systems have detected behavior on your account that is a violation of our Terms of ServiceChanging settings on your device to gain access to offers that are not normally available to you circumvents the steps we've taken to deliver the best user experience for all of our usersWe have systems in place to monitor and flag this behavior, so this can potentially lead to delays in receiving your rewards as well as situations where we're unable to deliver currency at all
Part of what allows these systems to be successful is that we don't reveal the specific criteria we use when flagging these violations, but here are a few tips to keep in-mind!
First, changing your Device Identifier causes a number of issues in our systems, not limited to being flagged by our Risk Management systems
The use of VPN, Proxies and/or any service or device that alters the information provided by your mobile device can also trigger our systems and cause issues with a lot of the measures we've put in place to try and deliver a fantastic experience to you as our user
As this is your second warning, please let this serve as our notice to you that continuing this behavior will result in the permanent suspension of your account from Tapjoy services."

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Some of my tickets were resolved on 7/yes, with one taking over a month from submission and into August for resolutionI expected this "backlog" of tickets due to this new ticketing system to be resolved but once again I'm waiting weeks for any action on a purchased productIn addition one of their clients a "usenext" has made unauthorized charges to my account since opening this complaintSome of these offers are facilitating fraud which I find highly unacceptable.
