They are slow with responding to messages and the time frame stated that you would have a response did not coincide with the actual time frame given at application.

They have always done a good job for us! We have used them for years and they have always done a good job! I have always been impressed with their customer service, they have always addressed my needs and taken care of what I needed done.

Dear Consumer your application was denied and rejected. Based on the information provided we were unable to approve you for a RAL. We also did not e-file your taxes. We verify all tax information with W2 express or an [redacted] transcript. We have also reviewed your phone log calls since we do record all calls for quality assurance. We have determined that our customer service representatives remained professional during your calls. We have zero tolerance for abusive language by consumers and the customer service agents handled the calls in accordance with our written policies.
 
Again we rejected your tax application and you are free to apply with another company. We never e-filed your taxes and we never charged you a fee. We rejected your entire application. We hope this helps clarify our position. We never entered into an agreement with you since your application was rejected. We did send you the reason we were unable to process your RAL this year.

I took a little longer but I'm sure it was due to the weekend.

I have been filing my tax return with this business for 3 years and I have been satisfied to the most and they are not a ripp off thank you tax net financial

Last year I was a bit skeptical. Even thought I didn't get the RAL my tax return was much more money. So I decided to continue to file.

Generally, if there is an error in a tax return filed by our company we fix the error for free regardless of fault. We have requested that you mail/fax/email ALL tax documents that you received so that we may process/amend your tax return.
We will continue to work until ALL clients receive the full amount of the refund that they deserve. We have tax professionals that are assigned to accounts that are delayed (greater than 21 days as per IRS guidance). We provide this additional resources to our consumers free of charge.
If your refund has been delayed or you believe there is an error on a tax return filed by us we will amend/correct it for free for up to 3 years.
Desired Resolution:
We will assign a CPA to monitor your account and amended your tax return to ensure that the full amount of your expected refund is completed.
We would like to continue to work on your behalf with the IRS in order to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

We provided a copy of the form you believe you needed to complete the amended tax return on your own. We suggested you allowed a professional to review and send the forms needed to process your amended tax return. The IRS will reject and send back any amended tax returns not completed and signed properly.
We recommend that you allow a tax manager to work with the IRS on your behalf and send any required documents to assist you with your amended return.
If you accept or free help you can simply respond to this notification and the accept terms. The assistance is free of charge.

I have used Taxnet for 2 years now no complaints whatsoever

I was approved today fir the RAL. So far so good. Will update if anything changes. Thanks Tax Net.

We have reviewed your loan agreement and you were approved for a direct deposit on 2/7/2014. The...

loan funds were disbursed the same day to the account and financial institution you provided. Unfortunately, since the funds were sent on a Friday it is probable that your bank did not post the funds until the following Monday or Tuesday. As per the RAL agreement we disburse the funds upon approval but we don't have any control over the time your bank makes the funds available to you. As the funds are direct deposited via ACH they do not post over weekends or holidays. We hope this information helps. We conducted a bank trace and confirmed that both the loan funds and your actual Federal Refund have been sent to your account.
We appreciate your feedback and please keep in mind that we attempt to fund our client loan request as soon as possible ;however, we are limited to the restraints of ACH transfers and the rules of your bank.
We hope that you will consider returning with us next year despite the delay this year with your loan funds posting.

First two years was great filing my taxes with taxnet financial but this year I was denied the ral. That I was hoping for because I just lost my job and I was relying on I this year. But I just got a email saying that my RAL was approved. So I don't know ways goin on.
