A manager was assigned to further assist and contact the consumer on April 4th. During a recorded call the consumer claimed that the original refund may have been delayed due to an error and the *** has instructed her to complete additional forms in order to correct her return before processing her additional refund dueA manager has agreed to continue to assist the consumer until her tax return is corrected and any additional refund is processed by the ***The consumer has agreed to fax or email Taxnet Financial Incadditional information not originally provided during the original tax filing in order to further assist her. Generally If there is an error on a tax return or there are additional forms required Taxnet Financial will work to cure those errors regardless of fault for no additional chargeAlso the consumer was notified that contrary to the amount listed in this complaint of $for servicesThe only fee charged to the consumer was $for tax preparation services which includes a $e-filing feeAs per agreement fees are charged for tax preparation and are non-refundableThe tax preparation fee is not contingent on the time it takes for the *** to process a tax returnThe *** processes 90% of all tax returns within daysResolution:A manager is currently working with consumer to assist client with the *** filingIn addition, we have agreed to send forms required by the *** and or state priority mail and to also credit back the consumer $due to our late response to this complaintIf there is anything further we can do in order to assist we are willing free of charge until this matter is fully resolvedThis would include contacting the *** and/or state agency on behalf of the consumer to receive updates on status of amended return

I am rejecting this response because: I sent emails, left voice messages because when you call you do not have an option to speak to anyone because you get transferred to voicemail after waiting for minutes and I even sent a faxI received an email a few days ago telling me that I could submit information again for a second review? The email stated that I did not provide the required documentation? This is incorrect because the documents were provided and the mistake was on their endA supervisor has yet to contact meI understand that they can correct my paperwork for free but it would be expected because the error was on their part? I am paying a fee to get my return filed correctly? I feel like I should be given some time of credit due to this issue? If I would have never reviewed my return and noticed the error, then the issue would have never been correctedFurthermore, I now have to wait even longer for the remainder of my tax return? We as a consumer put our trust in a company so our taxes get filed correctly and instead submit my return without waiting for my completed form and then try to put the blame on me when I had to make them aware of the mistake? I have yet to receive my corrected return so I don't even know how much money I am receiving? I have not received anything in writing stating that my return has been correctedThis again is completely unacceptable

fee. We do not quote fees over the phone but instead email as part of full disclosure the fees in writing. There are no hidden fees and no upfront fees to pay out of pocket. The preparation fee is reduced from your actual tax refund amount as per your enclosed agreement. In your complaint you mention a $12 electronic filing fee. The $12 electronic fee is part of your actual tax preparation fee and is already included in the enclosed amount. The electronic fee is the fee to complete the e-file portion of your tax return. We do not alter our preparation fees based on approval of loan products. If you are approved for a refund anticipation loan the only amount you pay is the bank loan finance fee (if applicable) and the principal amount of your RAL. If you are not approved for a RAL you do not pay a finance fee since you were not approved but you are still responsible for your tax preparation fees as also fully disclosed in your signed agreement. We have determined that the tax preparation fees were fully disclosed to you prior to e-filing your tax return and via your e-signature you agree to all terms and conditions of service including the non-refundable tax preparation fee. In order to retain you as a client next year and resolve this Revdex.com complaint as satisfactory we are offering you a $25 refund of tax preparation fee and a $25 credit off next year's tax return ($50 Value).If you agree simply respond back that you are satisfied with our response. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.
