The tax interview tool is easy and can be completed using a desktop computer or a smart phone. We urge consumers to only submit the information requested or the application may be either marked as incomplete and returned or rejected with a refusal to further process. If you are uncertain how to proceed our customer service representatives are here to help from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST during the tax season.We did not process a tax return and we did not apply for a RAL for this consumer. We declined to further process your application and no fees were charged to you. We never charge upfront fees and only process requests after a signed agreement has been completed by the consumer.

Great place to do my taxes.

If you read the fine print you will know what the processes are, I have not had a bad experience. Once you Esign you do allow TaxNet to complete you taxes, it is in the disclosures even before you complete the application. But I have not had a bad experience with TaxNet.

This is second year on a row tax net did me great!!!

Not sure yet haven't got money or seen how much u r getting me for my return. Every other place said 5600 plus no less. So lets hope ur complaints r wrong

I do not except there response because they didn't amend the return I did and emailed it to them..Then were stuck paying back the money cause of there error which we made arrangements for.....The only thing were asking is that they put back in our bank acct the 345.00 they charged us.....They said they did what they were supposed to but they didn't because if they did we wouldn't have to pay back the irs.....they act like its nothing but why should people have to pay for them to mess up......I just want them to take responsibility for this for low wage earners that 1141.00 is alot to pay back because we didn't know it was wrong

The accuracy of your tax return is important to us that is why we offer a free second review and amended tax return (if required) free of charge.
We are unable to disclose the details of the consumers tax account on a public website ;however, as an example if a consumer's original tax refund received is higher due to unreported income an amended (correction) return may be required to fix the original tax return filing. Taxnet Financial did complete an amended tax return in this case ;however, the consumer elected to print and send their self-prepared amended return to the IRS directly. In either instance the tax refund amount has been subsequently adjusted to the correct amount.
If YOU still believe there is an error located on the amended tax return we will fix the error for free. we will also pay any interest or penalty levied by the IRS due to this error.
Conclusion:
The tax department provided the tax services including offering a free amended tax return. The consumer's tax return has been corrected within a reasonable time.

I have the papers they gave us when we applied for the holiday loan. when you apply for the loan they tell you what your estimated refund will be and they have you sign the papers. We never signed any tax papers except for that. And they automatically file your tax return with that. I have never signed actual tax papers so I dont know any info they put on there. I am going to speak with any attorney because they are just not accepting any responsibilty for this it all fall on my husband and I. I have never seen a business like this.

Everything was okay..just didn't quite understand that my taxes would be e-file at the moment when I applied for the [redacted]...but I guess that was my fault...I haven't recieved my funds yet...and I have to file an amendment because like I said..didn't quite understand that my taxes where filed..if you don't mind paying a fee..go ahead I guess it's okay

There was never any tax interview. Your website forces a potential customer to agree to have taxes done with your site regardless of the RAL approval. Then without consulting your client you prepare a [redacted] form and claim [redacted] credits that aren't legitimate. I have never claimed [redacted] nor do I itemize. I use a simple [redacted] that surely doesn't cost 345.00 to file. Your service is a rip off and you prey on people who are in a difficult situation. Because you filed a return with [redacted] I have turned it over to the [redacted] as I do not wish to have any legal repercussions.
 
Also your customer service reps are rude and don't even verify information to secure identity. Nor do you reply to emails.
