season to assist consumers. Our tax professionals work 7 days per week during the tax season to ensure that all tax returns have been properly prepared and reviewed for accuracy.  Due to the demand for our product and services hold times can be as long as 45 minutes during peak calling times in the day.We did not process a loan application or a tax return on your behalf because your application was deemed incomplete. We NEVER charge any fees upfront and our tax preparation fees are fully disclosed. All tax preparation fees include a [redacted] and [redacted] tax return and 3 years of free support. Our reviews are better than the industry average and we work to improve our consumer satisfaction every year. This includes our automated alerts and toll free number to check the status of your tax refund. We have not identified an e-filed  tax return under your name nor have we charged you any fees so we consider this complaint as closed. If you agree with our determination please agree to close the Revdex.com complaint at this time.

They were okay, however I was unable to understand some of the CSR's. My business was taken care of but not in a timely manner.

Very easy to do and hassle free

Taxnet Financial uses W2 express please refer to your RAL agreement. Once you certify that your application and tax return is complete and accurate the e-file is automatically created. A warning that you should not e-sign unless your tax return is complete and accurate is sent prior to your e-signature. Our automated system e-files once you certify that you wish Taxnet Financial to apply for a RAL and e-file your tax return. If there is an error on your tax return we will complete an amended tax return on your behalf free of charge. Please feel free to contact us Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm CST for any further assistance. Again we guarantee the accuracy of your tax return regardless of fault so there is no additional charge for an amended return.

banking information is accurate as entered.
During the tax interview a consumer must input the banking information. If the bank routing or account number is incorrect this may delay a refund deposit. We disclose this within the consumer agreement and require your signature prior to filing. The IRS and State reserve the right to process a refund in the manner they choose. We can provide direct deposit information however a check may be issued in the taxpayers name.
We have continued to ensure the accuracy of tax returns by allowing consumers to update and or edit the original tax interview to include corrected information. This service is already included in the original fee of $345.
Desired Resolution
We have reviewed this case and determined that we have provided the services as outlined in the signed agreement. Unfortunately, we dont have any control over the state sending a check versus a direct deposit as requested. We are willing to correct any errors on a filed tax return regardless of fault free of charge.
In an effort to resolve this matter and retain you as a returning client we would like to offer you a $50 check (payable to the taxpayer on file). To receive the funds you must agree that this matter has been fully resolved to the best of our ability.

I called for a week straight trying to get help with my Montana return. I had to resolve the issues mtself. You messed up on my bank information twice ( second time of submitting an I still never got the DD I requested) I'll called countless times an got the run around with ZERO real customer service help or otherwise.. Nothing about what you claim to offer.. was demonstrated! I fought an struggled all through this season's taxes..Just to be put on Hold or hung up on or simply pushed to the side.This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced through a tax service. And the last request for a copy of my FULL return that was filed with the IRS... still was never received. A full refund would be appropriate. Not 50 with a promise to use this horrible "service" again.

I was pleasantly surprised that I am approved for my loan. There was a minor glitch that was my fault clearly, I am thankful to be able to receive this help at Christmas. As a previous owner of a Tax service for 10 years and preparing over 20 I can honestly say as long as everything completely goes smooth..you've got a new customer and I will refer! Don't believe all the bad reviews! Thanks!

I applied for a RAL and nobody can tell me what's going on with my application. If it's denied, just say so. I wanted these funds before Christmas for my kids. I was told 12 hours or less, I would have the funds, when approved. What's the hold-up? It's been almost 4 working days today.

obvious errors. Since your application was rejected a tax filing also NEVER occurred.
If your tax return was rejected by the IRS it was for another reason and unrelated to your submitted application. '
We suggest that you review the IRS rejection code and visit IRS.Gov to determine the reason and the steps that you can take to cure the rejection.
The most common reason for rejection is if the primary taxpayer or dependent(s) last name, social security number and date of birth do NOT match the social security administration records.
Resolution:
Taxnet Financial provided no services nor charged any fee to you as a consumer.
We consider this matter closed and wish you the best this tax season.

I have emails from this company stating that my tax return was filed through them. I never granted them permission to do so.

This still didn't resolve my issue. The problem is that when I signed the RAL it had both of my paycheck stubs listed however when I filed my taxes YOUR COMPANY only submitted ONE tax return. I have attached my tax transcript which shows that what you submitted is NOT what I signed and no one is being held accountable for your mistake other than me! I'm the one that is left hanging and waiting while I have yet to receive ONE supervisor call apologizing for your company's incompetence. I want my $345 back from YOUR company submitting incorrect and information that I did NOT sign off on.

Taxnet Financial has completed the amended return (free of charge) mailed the amended return priority (free of charge) and a manager has discussed the status of the amended return with taxpayer. The accuracy of YOUR tax return is important to us and guaranteed. This is the reason we offer free amended tax returns regardless of fault. We understand that consumers may not (in error) include all tax documents required for the tax filing.
We also understand that awaiting the IRS to process an amended tax return may take weeks. We have explored all options on your behalf as we do with ALL consumers and performed the follow-up services needed for you to receive your full refund.
