Desired Resolution:
We DO NOT have control over the processing or posting time of the actual IRS refund. We understand that many consumers believe that the tax preparer has influence or "can hold up" the tax refund. Once the IRS disburses your refund your bank posts the funds on the following business day.
We do have control over the issuance of a RAL if you are approved. We disburse funds within 12 hours and your funds are generally available (posted by your financial institution) the following business day. There is no dispute in your claim that you were approved and received the loan proceeds within a reasonable time (following business day).
If you believe that there is an error on your tax return let us know and we will fix it for free. Also if you are unsure and just would like to get a second opinion we offer a free second review by a CPA. Remember the accuracy of your tax return is important to us.
We believe that you have received your actual refund and this matter is now closed.

I am a licensed tax preparer and therefore I know that a return should never be filled without the taxpayer seeing it or signing it. Many issues could have been avoided if I would have saw the return before it being submitted. U also received my refund almost 2 weeks after the IRS sepsis finds into your account. No one could tell me where my refund was our what happened, so poor customer service. And paying $345 in preperation fees for a company jacking up my refund is not good business practice. So now I'm having the entire return amended including state.

delay of processing a loan application. Consumer was advised that information provided was incorrect and had the opportunity to correct RAL application and resubmit.
A RAL is a loan and not your actual refund. A RAL neither speeds up nor delays your actual Federal and/or State Refund.

From the RAL I was charged like 350.00 approximately for a deposit that took about 48 hours. Also instead of sending general information explain how this company submitted the wrong information on my state taxes? Instead of talking about the RAL, please help me with the money that I had to file for myself because Tax Net did not do the papers properly.

The tax returns were completed in accordance with the signed contract for services rendered. Taxnet Financial does not guarantee the timing of federal or state deposits. We only guarantee the timing of loan deposits (disbursed 12 hours or less upon acceptance see also signed agreement for futher details).
Please contact us directly during Monday-Friday from 10am to 3pm CST if you believe there is an error on your federal or state tax return and we will fix/amend your return free of charge.
We are unable to accept your desired resolution at this time. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider us again next year for your tax preparation needs.

The tax interview tool is easy and can be completed using a desktop computer or a smart phone. We urge consumers to only submit the information requested or the application may be either marked as incomplete and returned or rejected with a refusal to further process. If you are uncertain how to proceed our customer service representatives are here to help from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST during the tax season.We did not process a tax return and we did not apply for a RAL for this consumer. We declined to further process your application and no fees were charged to you. I file with this Co.last year and my state taxes were wrong.. this year they didn't even have my state taxes on my form.. telling me they have to have my w2 form to file them but didn't need them to fill out my form for federal taxes.they charge over 300.00 to prepare my taxes and you can't get a esponse from them unless you email them over & over again. I do not recommend this company their fees are to high and the customer service is extremely poor as well.
