This is my sec year using TaxnetThe first year I wasnt approved for the RAL, however, my taxes were filed correctly and received my taxes as plannedThis year I was approved for the RAL and it was just in time

After doing research online to file my taxes and get a RAL to help me out with my billsThis company has all me and my families personal informationThey accepted my RAL application and sent me my tax documents to review and e-sign, I did so believing I was going to recieve a $RAL but after e-signing I never got a response back, I called every day for days trying to get info and every time they said the same damn thing....you will recieve an email by the end of closingWaited everyday like a fool tooBy day they still have not even filed my returnsThe customer service line sucks completely too, they keep you on hold more than they talk to you, they were ignorant and very unprofessional These people are scam artists and need to be shut down instead of being allowed to stay open and prey on innocent hard working peopleHands down worst experience ive ever had with a business!!! I urge everyone to stay away from this terrible business

Have always had a positive experience

I was happy to be approved for the loan my only negatives would be that it takes a very long time to get anyone on the phone and via email you only get autorepliesIt took longer than I had hope but saved my Christmas for my kids in the end

I was worried that it wasnt legitIt wasnt eady to contact and I felt like I didnt know what was going on

I called to cancel the day of and no responseSo once again do not file my taxes, the *** is well aware of this, of you all filing people taxes without W-My job will not release anything because of this fraud your company has committedYou have not manger that has took the time to callI was okay to become denied I called the day of the 28th to cancel all things with your company and your rep was rude and very nastySo once again I do not want/need you all to file anything on my behalf.

I have emails from this company stating that my tax return was filed through themI never granted them permission to do so

I have used TaxNet Financial for years now and I never had any problems with them

It has been going well, very communicative with me through phone and also by email
