Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Still, the company did NOT put an announcement on their website until several days after the problems began During that time anyone could still order and there was no indication they were even running behind a few days on shipping Refunds were up to business days out as per the CS reps Now they feel offering 15% off to be a sufficient compensation That is an insult! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The coach's wife got ahold of the 'VP' (beats me how she did that!) and she forwarded the return labels to me and the items were shipped out last week I am still very unsatisfied with the business I don't think not responding for three months is all due to a system changeAnd I would have appreciated contact from the 'VP' because we are the business that paid the bill in December and are still waiting for a refundVery unprofessional as far as we are concerned and will discourage all our coaches not to do business with them Regards, [redacted]

Hello, I received a response from you that complaint # [redacted] has been closed, however I never did receive the refund amount stated by company in response to that complaintThe refund amount was to be $issued on 4/22/Payment was never received I appreciate any further help you can give on this matter and re-open the complaint Thank you!
