John *** is the best. Finally a technician that knows how to communicate with clients. So wish I had him as a plumber to oversee all of my needs. Need more technicians like him definitely.

Bryan is very skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was training Jermaine and is an excellent teacher and communicator. As an inherited customer of Ward Mechanical, I am very happy and satisfied with Tempo.

Jasmine is a very friendly, helpful customer service representative for Tempo.

Early Sunday morning, the faucet in our tub would not stop running. We had to turn off the water. Then, we called Tempo. Leroy E and Eric saved the day. They figured out the problem, replaced the cartridge in the faucet and now the tub faucet works better than ever. More importantly, we can turn on the water again. They were efficient and friendly. Tempo, Leroy and Eric came through for us.

Brandon was awesome! He was through, friendly and honest! Tempo is the only company to use!

They are always on time, courteous, and efficient. Love having an annual contract with them. Saves money and I don't have to remember when it's time to have A/C or heating checked out. Been using them for several years and a few years ago had a complete new system put in since ours was almost 30 yrs old. Done in 1 day and any mess made from the uninstall and reinstall was totally cleaned up by Tempo. Great Company!

We received immediate service from Tempo, it was the day before Christmas Eve and that was most certainly appreciated. John *** is very professional and outgoing. We can certainly recommend Tempo and especially John.

Mike *** is the MAN. Called on x-mas eve day at 800am and Mike was here at 10am. He found the only place that was still open and had the unique motor we needed replaced. Mike also found ways to save us money. We have been a Tempo customer for 10+ years and have no reason to call anyone else.

John Rogers came for inspection of the plumbing at my home.he was on time and very professional .He is very polite,knowledgeable,and patient. I wanted information on putting in a soap dispenser of a certain type. He very patiently answered all my questioned and ordered one for me.
John had been to my house last year too and he was just as professional. I will defintely recommend him.

Very professional service. The company calls 45 minutes in advance to provide technician's arrival time. Randy arrived at the exact time I was told. He was courteous and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Their charges are reasonable and it is beneficial to have a service agreement. I would recommend them for your home HVAC servicing and repair needs.

Begin job on 11/21 job still no completed & membership cost is included in grand total of $5,152.90.
Let's start by stating it should be possible to leave zero stars it would be this company that would have earned it. I am sure the positive reviews don't involve a tankless water heater installation or technician John. He was by far the worse, unclear & certainly not punctual. Provided no cost to repair versus cost to replace causing me to pay for an second opinion. Failed to even consider letting me stay with the same brand I had said he had something better & it would be an all day job. I choose this company simply because they had a sooner installation availability. Big mistake, he was hours late for the installation & when I called for update I was informed that the previous job ran over & he should be here within 45 minutes. Of course he missed that appointment window but eventual showed. I was extremely hesitant about allowing him to start an all day job after 2pm but he assured me he would be done by 6. After 6 there are pieces still on the garage floor& he's hard at work. He apologize & said it wouldn't be done at 6 I respond apparently but it's fine as long it's completed today. Less than an hour later I get a call from dispatch that they will be back out Monday to complete the job. I stress my frustration & he said he would alert his supervisor but I hear nothing. 3 days later it's Monday & I have an 8am appointment. It's after 12:30 & I haven't heard anything. I call & his manager informs me that he had a blow out. I told him I wanted a different technician & about the broken promises this far. He cares not & informs me he could get someone out next week after the holiday. I inform him I plan to file a complaint with the Revdex.com & he can get someone out supposedly this Friday between 9 and 10. So we shall see how that goes, I am so displeased, angered, & frustrated with the fact I have a membership that supposedly cut cost to such an incompetent company that I will surely not use.

We (Tempo) have reached out to the client mentioned in the complaint to discuss the events noted. It is unfortunate that we missed our appointment window on both of our initial visits to replace the tankless water heater. On the first trip it was due to a call running longer than expected and, as a policy, we do not leave one customer's work unfinished in order to make an appointment window for another. This at times has caused delays for additional clients and this was only made worse when unforeseen mechanical issues with our plumber's vehicle caused our him to be late for a second visit. The complaint in mention was written before the completion of the installation, during our discussion with the client we were able to determine that the remainder of the installation went much better and that she is both pleased with the installation and performance of her new tankless water heater as well as the second plumbing crew that came out to finish the installation. In an effort to help rectify the uncharacteristic rough start to this installation and to verify that Tempo does stand behind the final installation and product as being of the highest quality we extend an offer to the client to put in place a, Tempo provided, 10-year full labor material and equipment warranty of the new tankless water heater and installation as well as provide a no cost, three year Tempo's plumbing club membership which provides the first three years of maintenance of the tankless water heater, and the entirety of the homes plumbing systems.

Summary of yesterday's conversation with the customer
Assistant service manager Jarrod *** spoke with Ms. the morning of 12/4/2019 to do a follow up. Ms. informed Jarrod that she was pleased with the service provided by the other plumbers Tempo sent out to complete the tankless install. Mr. offered Ms. a three-year membership and a ten-year warranty on the tankless water heater for the inconvenience she experienced with Tempo. Ms. accepted and wants to continue to be a Tempo customer.

This is Jarrod's summary of the job, written before he spoke with the customer yesterday
Our plumber began a tankless install late afternoon 11/21/2019. Tempo plumber did not finish the install to completion Thursday night 11-21-2019. However, the tankless was up and running to produce hot water Thursday night 11-21-2019, but the gas line re-route, and insulation still needed work done to it. The plumber had scheduled to come back Friday morning, plumbing calls were fully booked already Friday, we did set up a return call, but the plumber was not able to be back first thing Friday morning. We spoke with the customer about the delay due to the call schedule and that we would fit her in and understandably the customer was upset about a further delay. Unfortunately, Tempo did not have any other available plumbers on Friday due to a fully booked schedule. Due to the late hour of the day on Friday, customer had another appointment and would not be home for plumber to return to complete on 11-22-2019. The return trip was then moved to Monday. Our plumber was scheduled to return Monday, and while in route to call, the truck had a tire blowout. His truck was towed by Franks Towing Service and was taken to discount tire in Rockwall TX. Customer was informed of the truck trouble and that the plumber would be late, and that the plumber was going to be headed to her home as soon as he was available. Around noon on 11/25/2019, the customer called in about the delay status and that she would like to speak to a manager. Jarrod ***, the assistant service manager spoke with customer at this time. The plumber that was doing the install was the only plumber we had available due to heavy project schedule and emergency service calls already booked for the week. Customer said she was not happy with the plumber that was doing the install because of the lack of communication on his part to the customer, the assistant service manager then set up a time for another plumber, per the customer's request, to come out on Friday morning 11/29/2019 to complete the install. Customer agreed to the set time on Friday 11/29/2019 with the assistant service manager Jarrod ***. The following morning on Tuesday 11/26/2016, We had a cancelation on the schedule, at 7:45 am on 11/26/2019, Mr. immediately called the customer Shaun-Tricia *** and told her about the cancelation and that we would like to send plumbers to her house immediately. Customer agreed and the plumbers arrived at her home at 8:15 am to complete the install. Mr. spoke with Ms. later that morning and assured her that our plumbers are solely dedicated to her home until the install was fully completed to avoid any more return trips to her home. Our plumbers fully completed the install and left at 1:53pm Tuesday afternoon. During the entire process the customer was not left without hot water except when the actual device was being replaced.

We at Tempo sincerely regret the inconvenience and distress we caused Ms. during this process.

Fernando P was my service technician today. As always he was punctual, efficient and very polite. I highly recommend him and Tempo who I have used for many years now.

Brandon arrived on time and went right to work. He is knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Brandon left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing A/C inspection or service.

Brandon was very professional! He arrived on time for the scheduled inspection of my two units. He was wearing shoe protectors and acted politely. He performed all required tests and reported the results. The whole process took less than one hour. Then he email me the results and recommendations immediately after finishing the job. I've been doing these tune ups every six months for the last 11 years with this company and I never had a A/C or heating problem. Also, Tempo Mechanical performed the installation of my two units. I would highly recommend this company.

Tempo Air and Randy N. have provided me nothing short of outstanding service for many years. Randy has serviced my HVAC system and has always provided me excellent service and recommendations. He is a true professional who inspires confidence in this company.

We had our winter inspection and as always, Tempo Services were superb! Our technician (Mark *** was professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. TEMPO is a first rate 5 star company!
