I have been w/ Tempo for years on a service contact and now they have installed a new state of the art Carrier HVAC unit.

Randy recently did our annual AC assessment. He did a thorough job, as always. He explains the details of how your units are working. Ours are 13 years old, so we definitely appreciate the time he takes checking them out and then communicating with us.

Mr. *** completed a semi-annual maintenance service on our two Lennox air conditioning units yesterday. He was very thorough. I highly recommend Tempo and Mr. in particular.

Tempo Mechanical has provided HVAC services to me for over a decade. Recently, however, I had one below average experience with Tempo. After contacting Tempo to share my concerns, Tempo sent Randy N. to my home at no charge. Randy is a stellar technician who corrected the problems from the previous technician. He also stayed at my house as long as necessary to answer my questions. Before Randy came I was thinking of switching to another HVAC company but will likely remain with Tempo now. Great job Randy.

I have had GREAT service from Tempo over the past several years. I have been using them for annual inspections of my 2 cooling & heating units in a two-story home. The technician named Khuong D. provides exceptional service and he has been performing the annual cooling/heating inspections for us over the past 3 years. Khuong is very thorough with his work and he consistently answered all of my questions regarding the health of our units and what can be done to keep the units going.
The people at Tempo are always friendly and helpful when I contact them. I would highly recommend Tempo for your cooling/heating needs.

We received outstanding service and assistance from Randy N, Service Technician,with Tempo Mechanical Services. Randy came to our home on April 24, 2017, to troubleshoot the installation of replacement HVAC equipment and insure all wiring affecting the dehumidification process was properly installed. He discovered wiring problems, repaired them and spent several hours testing the system to make sure it was operating properly.

Everyone from dispatcher to technician was great. While at our house, the tech found a dead mouse in a trap and disposed of it and replaced the glue trap. Changed out filters and tested everything. Very thorough, friendly, and efficient.

The team at Tempo are excellent. Our technician Mike is the ONLY person we would let do our bi-annual maintenance and that has been the case for over 4 years. You cannot go wrong with them.
