Mike *** of Tempo Mechanical Services, Irving, Texas, came to our home in Allen, TX this past Saturday for a scheduled semi-annual air conditioning/heating system inspection. We have been with Tempo Mechanical for 16 years and have always been very satisfied with the service. However, Mike *** made such a favorable impression on us that we felt compelled to submit a very favorable review. As he proceeded with the inspection, it became very clear that Mike is not only an expert but that he makes a highly favorable impression in his interaction with the homeowners. Mike was courteous and friendly and took the time to respond to our questions concerning the oldest of our three units. He carefully explained the current status and the potential for future malfunctions but did so with no "arm twisting" pressure to purchase a new unit right away. We really appreciated that!

Leroy *** arrived at my house on a Sunday evening. He was very courteous & got right to work trying to figure out the problem. Great job by Leroy! Would highly recommend!

I have had Technician Stephan *** out to my house 3 times for maintenance and tune ups for the last couple years. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. He very thorough and explains everything to me in detail. I actually don't care for the system the builder put in but with Stephan doing the tune ups I feel very comfortable.

Ruben was very thorough and clean. He handled a difficult issue, and he and his supervisor gave us a free indoor coil cleaning which solved the problem. I was very pleased with the professionalism and technical expertise that Ruben and Tempo exhibited.

Jose *** performed my summer checkup on my A/C systems (three zones, two systems) that are still under warranty. He checked every component of the installation beginning with thermostats, air handlers including the duct components and then the compressors, he diagnosed that one of my thermostats had crossed wiring and was not functioning, the motor to control my ducts with a broken solenoid and coolant very low in one compressor (leak). This took almost three hours and I was presented a very expensive bill that totaled ZERO because all those items were under warranty or correction of the original installation. I am very impressed with Jose's thoroughness and his company's policy to allow him to honor their warranty...a rare event in my experience!

Jorge *** and his crew did an excellent job of installation. They were very courteous and very professional in all of their work. I would highly recommend Tempo based on the work of Jorge and his crew.

We have used them several years for preventive maintenance, and they replaced one of our systems a few years ago, along with revising our return air ducting to improve balance of flow throughout the house. They are always courteous and explain status and recommendations thoroughly. We recommend them to anyone who asks us about HVAC services.

Completed our spring tune up for our AC system. Adan was prompt in his arrival time, very courteous and professional. Went above and beyond expectations with his service.

Mike *** from Tempo HVAC Technician did a fantastic job. He came out for the semi maintainance agreement for the spring. He checked everything on our air conditioning units from
top to bottom. He spent a great deal of time making sure everything was good. He answered
questions for us, replaced something that could have waited, but wanted to do it now because it
was still in warranty. He gave us a list of things that maybe in the near future we could buy to
help the cooling system in one way or another. He was and is a very valuable asset to Tempo and to us. He went over and beyond his performance and didn't have to do some of these things but made sure everything was perfect. #1 Technician.

Stephan *** provides excellent customer service. He spent all the time I needed to understand my system. A real credit to his company.

Jorge *** lead installer, provided excellent service when repairing my air conditioner in a timely manner!! I was told that it would take 48 hours to replace the compressor and 3 hours later, at 7:30 PM Jorge was here with his assistant to complete the job.

Incidentally, Jorge had been in charge of the installation of this AC several months ago and it impressed me that he remembered me and my elderly ill cat. He had demonstrated so much concern trying to help me protect my kitty while ceilings were being cut open and new wiring was being installed which involved several workers being in my apartment at the same time.

You are lucky to have this thoughtful, competent gentleman on your staff.

My review/feedback is for our Tempo service technician, Kim *** and does not cover the entire company itself.

Kim has been servicing our two units in our home for more years than I can remember - perhaps ten or more, and has always provided highly reliable and thorough service. He is fast, friendly, and honest. There's never been an issue, that was brought to his attention, that he was not able to resolve. I can not speak highly enough about Kim, but do wish to express my thanks for his dedicated service.

Ron *** did a great job in examining the plumbing and flushing the water heater in our home.
I would highly recommend him.
