After having a bad experience with A#1 Air, I contacted Tempo Mechanical Services. *** Gaddis provided excellent service in every category. He was very courteous, diligent and knowledgable. In my opinion he is absolutely fantastic and certainly is an attribute of this fine service company. In addition to a great service experience, the price quoted by Tempo was significantly lower than the other company. I highly recommend Tempo for HVAC services.

Very technical and sold AC knowledge...they need to pickup cigarette butts they leave on the ground before the depart the job site...not a pleasant job picking up after them.

We had Randy Newkirk out for a service call on our warrantied A/C unit due to loud noises from the outdoor unit and rattling in the internal vents. Randy took care of everything promptly and was able to solve a problem that several others had looked at previously but never figured out. Excellent service all around.

Do from Tempo Mechanical Services came and serviced my heat pump unit this morning. He was very thorough and professional. *** obviously cares about his customers and makes every effort to do things right. I cannot imagine a more competent or better person to service my HVAC system. He is by far the best that I have ever seen.

I wouldn't trust my AC service to anyone but Tempo Mechanical Services. We have owned three homes and have used Tempo for over 12 years. We have had a wonderful experience each and every time that we have had interaction with the Tempo team. Jynese has always worked with us to ensure that we receive every benefit that comes with our maintenance agreement. The work is excellent and having the maintenance agreement is ideal in this Texas heat. Work is always excellent. Kim handles each inspection thoroughly and if repairs are needed, he explains, in detail, why and what it will take to get the job done. Over the past 12 years, we have only had to have one repair performed. Kim found the problem and explained the various things that might have caused it and what it would take in each scenario to fix things right. We were thrilled to have Kim, we applaud him and trust his knowledge and professionalism. Thanks to the entire Tempo team for being a company that we can depend on!

Randy did an excellent job of repairing our AC system on a Saturday evening.

Tempo Mechanical Services, their office staff and Rick F., the Technician who was my hero today did a fabulous job! I've been out of town a week, came home at midnight to a struggling AC unit and hot house. I decided not to wake anyone up for an emergency although they kindly have that option and I left a voice message seeking quick service the next day. I promptly received a call and they put me in their packed schedule. Rick showed up at 3:30pm and was professional, kind, efficient and effective. Parts have been ordered and annual maintenance has been ordered for heating/cooling as well. What a great team! And YAY...I'll be comfortable in this weekend's 105 degree heat index. I highly recommend Tempo! P.S. They do plumbing too! I'll definitely call them regarding those services as well.

Thought we had lost our AC unit, Kevin found a lizard had gotten into the unit and shorted across a capacitor. Fixed the problem had us cooling again! Have used Tempo for over 15 years to maintain our HVAC equipment, now using them also for plumbing.

I had Randy *** come out to look at our AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He also went above and beyond in helping to fix our issue and took me step by step on what he was doing and why.

Khuong *** technician: Just a great technician! Friendly, competent, and on time. I always request him for all the maintenance on my heating and cooling systems.

Kuong Do did spring check up service on two of my properties today. He was excellent in every way as he always is.

Tempo is the company that installed my 2 systems 8-9 yrs ago. I knew that I was several years late on a maintenance check. I decided it would be best to go with the company that installed the systems. I called Tempo, set the the appt, & they explained everything that is/is not included with maintenance service. They called the day before scheduled appt to re-confirm time/date. Tech *** arrived exactly when promised and completed everything that had been explained to me; he advised that I needed some R410a freon in both systems (to be expected w/ age & use). I agreed to freon re-charge which Jose quickly completed (just an FYI - R410a freon is kinda pricey; R-22 is SUPER EXPENSIVE because it is obsolete). I am very happy with the service I received from Tempo and highly recommend that you request *** to be your Tech - He is super nice and very professional. I will definitely use Tempo for my next service call!
