Randy was great and professional! Was kind to my new curious puppy! Tempo has the greatest staff!

Joseph from Tempo Air did a great job! He diagnosed the problem quickly & was able to get our air conditioning working so we could have a cool nights sleep. He also explained the charges on the invoice & answered all of our questions.

Technician Bryan resolved a long running problem with my three zone, single HVAC unit. Over portions of two days he professionally trouble shot the problem and immediatel repaired it. A job well done and a company that always responds promptly to my needs!

We contacted Tempo regarding an issue that was raised during a home inspection. They sent a technician the next day. Randy. N was the technician that was sent to the house. He was very thorough and professional. Randy addressed all the issues that were on the report and assured us that all but one was fine. He determined the problem with the drainage and told us how to correct it by calling a plumber. He wrote up an extensive report which detailed his findings so we could forward them to the buyers. This is not the first time that Randy has serviced our HVAC and he was just as professional and thorough the first time. We would recommend Randy to anyone.

John *** (plumber) came out. He told me that I needed to replace my water heater ASAP. I asked if there was any evidence of leakage, rust, or any reason for this. He said age. It's 14 years old. He gave me a couple of different estimates based on different models of water heaters. He said it needed to be done within the next 2 weeks if not sooner. I felt like I was at a car dealership being told today is the only day for this deal. This plumber was just trying to make a sell. I guess maybe they get some kind of compensation. He tried some unnerving tactics like insurance claims, sheet rock damage, carpet damage. He made it sound like my water heater was on its last leg. But no evidence of leaks or erosion. I asked what guarantees do I have that a new one won't leak or break. He said you don't. I thought to myself, exactly my point. Nothing is a guarantee but for now my 14 year old water heater is working great. I don't like salespeople in my home especially when I'm wasn't trying to buy anything I was getting my yearly inspection which is supposed to prolong the life of my water heater!!!!!!

On behalf of *** I'm providing feedback for superior service received during my semi-annual service. *** performed flawlessly during this visit; he kept me informed of all aspects of his inspection. Secondly, ***'s visit always consists of the correct blend of diplomacy and tact
*** is very thorough in performing periodic maintenance. From high & low pressure readings, voltage and current readings, he doesn't miss anything! He's genuinely interested and more than willing to listen and explain idiosyncrasies of my system, and particularly recommendations for the "perfect" filter to use. Refreshingly, he listened to my feedback, acting upon it, and implementing solutions without delay; being thorough is normal for him; others don't do that!
I feel *** typifies those qualities, which separate the spectator from the player. The enthusiasm with which he approaches his trade speaks for itself. Gathering from the attention he gave this visit, perfection is standard for him. His loyalty, devotion to duty, and integrity has earned him the admiration and respect of not only me, but my wife as well!
Tempo Services should recognize him in front of his peers reinforcing that this field technician can perform at the upmost level, no matter the task; all the time. In a world I've been losing faith in lately; it's refreshing to know there are those performing their jobs with the highest of integrity, wisdom and technical expertise. *** is one such as this! Tempo Services should do all it can in retaining this dedicated employee in the workforce.

Ruben *** was the tech that came to service our AC unit. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and answered all of our questions. He was able to check and verify that the unit to be repaired was under a parts warranty, told us when the warranty would expire, and provided an estimate for the labor. Excellent customer service!

Ruben completed our 6 month cleaning on 4 units and was very thorough and careful in his work. He handled a tricky attic in our living room very well and brought the necessary 12 ft ladder to complete the task. Ruben gave updates throughout and explained in detail some issues we may face with a likely freon leak in 2 of our units. All of Ruben's work was professional and tidy.

I do recommend that Tempo enable its technicians to do testing for a freon leak without charging for every step along the way. Giving a clear picture of a leak issue without charging for a 5 minute diagnostic would build trust and lead to more follow on work. Having paid $600 for an annual maintenance contract (2 visits) and then being asked to pay again ($200+) for a diagnostic left a bad taste.

Mark is very professional and answered all my questions and had wonderful suggestions of how to keep my AC and furnace running effectively . I have been with Tempo for at least 20 years and have always had excellent service from them. A great company to be affiliated with .

Randy *** always performs our semi-annual inspections in an excellent and professional manner. Always on time, courteous and provides feedback after performing the inspections.
I always ask for Randy when it is time for the inspection.
