We have used Tempo for 18 years would not consider anyone else and our tech is Randy N - always he is the best - it you continue to employ people like Randy you will keep us as customers - he is as we said the BEST! He is knowledgeable, good in explaining to the "common" ear, efficient and friendly, professional and even our furious dog rolls over for a belly rub when he is here. Keep up the good work.

Had Randy come in and repair a broken flue pipe elbow that was causing our hvac unit to malfunction. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what was broken and the possible cause which was done by roofers as we had our roof repaired earlier this year. With his explanation and pics of the damage and the repairs I was able to get the repairs covered by the roofing company that caused it.

Randy has provided wonderful service when he came to my house for the winter heating system inspection and tune up. He checked my system and made necessary adjustments to the settings to ensure it works efficiently. As always, I was pleased with the service, professionalism and efforts to accommodate my needs and schedule.

Joseph E with Tempo yesterday did the fall maintenance check for our heating system. He was on time for the appointment, courteous, knowledgeable and quickly checked the equipment. He also was kind enough to change out the air filter. Overall an outstanding job.

Stephan S of Tempo Air has been to our home twice this past summer to service our outside AC unit. Stephan has always been personable, polite, on time and very honest. I highly recommend Stephan and a Tempo Air.

Adan*** came out to do a leak search on both our AC units. We knew they were leaking Freon. He found the problem in the coils and we ordered new coils. He put Freon in the units to bridge us the couple days before the new coils arrive for installation. Before he performed any services he told me what it would cost and gave me the choice to proceed. He did a great job and I am very happy with the services from Adan and Tempo. Thanks

Tempo really came through for us. We had a bath tub faucet that wouldn't turn off on a Saturday. Original plumbing company gave us a time and ended up telling us that they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile all our water was shut off. I called Tempo and they had someone out in an hour. Plus their charge for the repair was so much more reasonable than what the other place quoted. Kenneth was the plumber who fixed our issue and was great. Vicki who I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and nice. We will definitely use Tempo again!

I called at 7:15am with an air conditioner that was blowing warm air and by 10:15 Adan arrived. He was an excellent technician and very customer service oriented. I would recommend him to anyone.

Leroy *** and Eric *** came to do an annual inspection of the plumbing in my house. They were on time, polite, and thorough. I certainly recommend both Eric and Leroy to anyone.
