Service Tech *** was timely, with a pre-call notice of arrival and completed the job well. He suggested what could possibly be wrong, even though it was not displaying the symptoms at the time. (Just like when you take your car in for that "thing" that never happens while you are at the automotive shop.) He was right. Problem solved. heating is working consistently and correctly now. He also saved me money immediately in the short-term and also long-term by suggesting I sign up for the service contract. Great service.

Randy *** has been my service technician with Tempo for the last couple years and has been great! He is very professional and does great with small things like the bi-annual checkups and when it came to a bigger item with a coil leak, he found the issue and gave a lot of great advice on getting it resolved and the best part was things were resolved before the refrigerant level went too low so I did have any disruption to my AC over the last summer. I would highly recommend Randy and Tempo based on the positive experiences I have had with them!

Tempo installed the heating system in my brand new home. I moved in 12/21 and the heater was not functioning. They came out and reviewed and said a blower was installed backwards so they ordered parts but they wouldnt be in until 12/26. This wouldnt be a problem except during this time it was 30 degrees or below every day. We had to run our wall fireplace just to sustain the house over 50 degrees. I have children so you can image the horror of this with nowhere else to go. They installed the part but the heater still did not heat the house above 62 degrees. The installer said he had to move around some duct work to fix the problem. The house warmed to 68 degrees. The heater was running 24 hours just to maintain 68 degrees. Next thing you know the heater bill for 3 weeks was $217. I called in to see how they were going to resolve this and they said nothing since the "BTUs made it into the house regardless of the efficiency". If you have the opportunity NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I called the company and left several messages for a week with different levels of "supervisors" and "supervisors supervisors" until I finally reached Bill who is over Randy and Ryan. They called back to inform me of the good news that they weren't going to help. If I could rate 0 I would.

Tempo is the best. I have always been impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism. If you have heating or air conditioning needs, you would be hard pressed to find a more qualified company. Thank you Randy, Joyce and Billy.

excellent company! They have inspected and done all of our HVAC work since we moved in in 2004 and never had any problems whatsoever. They installed our new AC unit last year and new tankless water heater and were great as usual.

This was the first time we had a Tempo technician come service our units, and Randy was extremely polite, patient and helpful. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and even went above and beyond to resolve an air flow issue we were having in one room. He then asked if there was anything else he could assist me with, before he wrapped up. This is the kind of service we should all be fortunate enough to experience. Ray *** provided great service today. On time, clear details of his activity and report for my winter system checkup. Provided suggestions to keep my unit running in the best possible condition. Kept work area clean and would recommend him for friends and other customers for HVAC.

Every technician that Tempo has sent out to work on our HVAC has been great to work with - very efficient and skillful. The office staff are friendly and try to adjust scheduling as needed.

This was our first visit from Ray. We had received service from another Tempo employee for many years, he is now retired.
Ray did a great job and was able to answer our questions. We are pleased by Rays service visit and will request him for our next semi annual inspection.

I've been using TEMPO Services since 1999; almost 20 years. My house was built in 1940 and they installed the 1st and only HVAC my house has ever had. I'm about to buy a new system from them after two decades of great use and service on the current system. They've always been top notch in my book.
