I give this company a star ratingtimes I called, times I gave my phone number, times we got disconnected, and times I never got a call back I was a potential new customer, but instead I called [redacted] who has reviews with a star rating, and got same day inspection

Very poor customer service I had the Sentricon bait stations finally installed in I kept getting letters from Terminix that they would upgrade my stations to the Sentricon on the next service First service, no upgrade, received another letter, next service, still no upgrade, received yet another letter If I hadn't happen to be home on the third service, I still wouldn't have gotten upgraded I had to tell the technician about the promised upgrade Now that I have them I can't seem to be able to get Terminix to check the stations On the first check the technician did not have the tools to check all stations or replace one station in the ground I rescheduled a second visit I asked for a call and door bell ring when the technician arrivedI received neither Neither did all my stations get checked I took photo's to document where all the stations were installed and unless they used xray's to check them, many were not checked I called again to schedule another service AGAIN I asked for a phone call and door bell AGAIN, I did not receive one AGAIN, those bait stations were not checked Additionally, when I try to download the full service ticket for those last services, I get a web page error, meaning they don't exists Personally, makes me wonder if they were ever here I was home all day for the last scheduled visits

No start for this company I am very disappointed with this company, I spoke to a representative and we schedule services for 9/19/between 8am-4pm and took my credit card info he confirmed me the the date and timeToday 9/I call to get updates on time just to find out that they had services scheduled for 9/I was placed on hold times for minutes + when requested to speak to a supervisor and I also requested to speak to my local branch supervisorAgents weren't able to get a supervisor on the lineI feel the representative gave me information just to make me commit to the treatment and now that I have a complaint the local branch no one is availableI was assured terminix would show up today and it was a lie and no one was able to help me out and try to send someone out today the company is fast on calling back when you request a quote but not when you encounter issues or have a complaint
