Tries to find out the post bed bug services and could not get the answer from themtried calling, email and no answerslousy service
I had bed bug service donethe 1st time lousy job.the second time betterbut the sales person said there is months warranty for it and if you want extended service beyond monthsyou need to buy the pest control service every months and it cover the all bugs (includes beg bugs)So, months in to the warranty, I tried to contact the sales person and he only called back once and said I will call you back in an hourI never receive the callI keep email and calls and no answersThe terminix customer service is lousy too

Started contracts with Terminix on 7/27/ One for Pest Control and the other that they call Exclusion (Critters in our Attic) They said at the time that there were signs of rodents in the atticWe paid $for the exclusion serviceFor the first weeks they checked the traps on Fridays between 1pm and 3pm (nothing ever found) after that they were a no show / no call My contact at the time was with Alexandra S*** I contacted Ms S*** starting on 8/10/through 9/stating I wanted to cancel the Exclusion for non-performance and requested a refund at which time I was told she no longer worked thereOn 10/15/I was able to reach the Leesburg Branch MgrBen and he said they had received the written notice of Cancellation and would be working on our refund On 10/24/I got a call that someone was coming to check the traps I texted Ben and asked him why someone was coming out since our Contract was cancelled He stated he would remove it now(was suppose to have been cancelled 10/5/18.) At this time he stated that there was a balance that we owed They are deducting $from our account every month for Pest Treatments so there is no Balance due to Terminix I have contacted Ben several times in Novand Dec with no refund received

A contract was entered into with Terminix in August to remove bats from the attic of my houseThe attic is finished and is directly above my family's bedrooms On one occasion, a bat flew down from the finished attic into one of the bedrooms Bat waste also was discovered on furniture in the attic I had been using Terminix's insect control services since As a satisfied and loyal customer, I contacted Terminix in August and hired them to remove the bats from my home without so much as getting an estimate from any of Terminix's competitors
Time is of the essence when dealing with bats because they hibernate during winter, so if they are not removed from a house before it becomes cold outdoors, the bats will remain inside the house and hibernate there until spring arrives I contacted Terminix in August which was ample time for them to resolve the bat problem before hibernation became an issue Terminix, however, repeatedly delayed addressing the problem d

I contacted terminx January of because my house had become infested with miceI paid in full $for pest and exclusion services for a year with unlimited serviceFrom the first appointment, without confirmation of availability of access terminator would just call we are outside are you available? At other times at least times they are late and times this month in April no one showed up for confirmed appointmentsI called costumer service every time they told me someone from the local office would contact me that also has not happenThe persons I am told I change of this local office is Ermir and Hasija, I am still awaiting that phone callAlso I called costumer service several times to express my displeasure in their very expensive serviceI was offered a second inspection free the same representative Louis M*** came back and I explained to him that the service he promised has not been performed

Terminix purchased the company A*** in The HOA I manage terminated A*** due to poor service and bad billing practices in January Certified mail was sent, and received by A*** terminating their services Later that year, after Terminix purchased A***, we received bills for months after we had terminated services After several phone calls and letters to Terminix I was told that there was nothing they could do about it, because these were bills "in the books" they took over from A*** After explaining the entire thing to them again they asked that I provide proof that it was terminated, which I did I emailed the rep the letters sent both regular and certified mail, and also the signed slip from the postal service showing that A*** had received the termination letter I also emailed the letter I sent Terminix several months prior to the conversation which explained the same thing (The letter to Terminix also included the letters to A*** and the signed slip from the postal service.) The email I sent with those attachments was sent with return receipt requested Outlook notified me that not only did my email get sent, but it was received and opened by the intended recipient I never received a response from that rep Despite all these efforts over the past months I AGAIN received a past due notice from Terminix I just spent another minutes on the phone with a rep and still do not have the matter resolved It has been passed on to someone else who is supposed to call me back Without taking legal action, I am at a loss of what else to do I do not like posting poor reviews, but have tried all other remedies to have this matter resolved, unsuccessfully

I called terminex to get services for getting rid of the bed bugs in my house, they referred us to schendle pest services, for a heat treatmentThis was in December We paid $2,down, and financed the other $2,My contract with schendle says, they guarantee that the bugs be gone in daysI called them every weeks to come do chemical treatments until the end of may when they told us, they could not service us anymore without paying them for another serviceWhen I called the office, they told me we were cleared of bugs the 3rd time out, that it must be reinfestationbut that was certainly not the case, and if it was, they have been coming out and treating for free? I have now had to tear out walls, and buy all new beds, and I have kidsI don't feel like they help up to their guaranteeI am currently behind months due to having to tear down and rebuild my kids roomsHelp

I signed up for the service with Terminix for exclusion and Attic InsulationAt the time, the sale person (AA***) gave me the quote of initial payment only At the time I signed the contract, I'm not sure how he tricked me, but I guess it's because of electronic signing that he could make the adjustment without me knowing itEnd up, the initial payment is $1500, instead of $as we met and agree upon
Then come to the day of the service, they ruined my ceiling that the technicians came out multiple times to fix the ceilingThe ceiling was ruined because they sprayed the chemical on the attic and it soaked through the ceilingDuring this time, my children had allergies with the smellThey were coughing that we have to move out to the hotel for three daysAt this point, I phoned to cancel all the services
Now come to the part that I canceled the service, I had a contact with Terminix Manager that he should made the adjust to remove the $For two weeks already, this has not been happened
So, here's my complaints:
a) the $for the maintenance, this should be removed ASAP
b) the intial payment $1500: first it's supposed to be $and 2nd, I never received the full service for exclusionThe contractor came out on the first day and after that, they never showed up
I would like Terminix to look into this ASAP and resolve these issues

We recently contracted with Terminix for pest control & during the inspection Manny said they also offer insulationI called my husband & his concern was blocking the attic vents for which Manny said they would be protected with bafflesHe then showed me on the handheld that it's even in their wording, so we agreed on a price & set a dateAfter completing the spraying I signed the handheld & was brought a paper showing what they did that dayThereafter I tried multiple times to get both contracts (pest control & insulation) from customer service, Joe (CHICO Mgr) & Manny but I finally had to call their toll number & they emailed me a copy to send me a copyThat is when I learned that my signature on that day was on a page contract which has a day cancellation clauseThe contract had many items just marked NO on the ATTIC CHECKLIST that I was never asked about so I asked that these be corrected & that took many calls & promises I was even told it didn't matter they would take care of everythingI said I wanted the contract for my protection & said again I want a copy
Two men came today to install the insulation & I asked to see the baffles they were installingNeither man knew what I was talking about I told them about my reassurances & discussion with both Manny & Joe but they said they were not informedI pointed out that if it's standard to use baffles why didn't they have them? Because it's not but they said they could put up cardboardEverything I was told was just to get the saleI do not feel I was being difficult I wanted want I was told I would get & paying forWe then discussed the whole attic & was told they would place cardboard on the other machinery up thereI told them we were not going forward with insulating until they brought the bafflesLater that morning Joe called to tell me that they have done 1000s & didn't need baffles but I said I've only done & baffles were talked about repeatedly & I was told they were getting installedHe said he's terminating the contract then we said goodbyeI feel like I was scammed with the signing of the page contract then with the misleading information given about how they were going to protecting the attic vents
There's nothing you can do for me but I hope this instance will help the next customer make an informed decisionGet your contract asap! Go over it with the sales rep They are a national company I expected better

MUSCLE SHOALS, AL Before contracting with a termite company, I read the complaints for the various companies on this site, and got physically ill reading the stressful things these individuals experienced However, I still had two companies come out and give me estimates, but armed with the information on this site I felt forewarned I decided to fully research the process of termite treatment before signing a contract Terminix was local for me and was much cheaper than the other national chain which was not local The sales person was very personable and tried to assure me he was honest and I would be satisfied There was an issue with his iPad not sending the contract to my email multiple times so I took my cancellation notice to the office ready to cancel (The contract said I had three business days to cancel, but the date the computer gave for the deadline was a Sunday night.) I met the manager who was also very friendly and he was willing to immediately print out the contract for me and make his handwritten notes (with his initials) on the contract about any concerns I had about the number of bait stations and sites He made a copy for the installer so he would come to the site with the correct number of bait stations The technician was on time; I received a text message when the technician was on his way to my house, and had access to online tracking of the technician I did not watch him the entire time, but I watched him periodically and he did good work When the job was completed, he took me on a tour so I could be sure where the bait stations were locatedI was very pleased I also contracted for pest control That serviceman came out the same day Both men asked me questions as to what I wanted done to be sure I would be pleased with the outcomeIf I had been displeased with the service, I would have written a complaint, but the efforts of the salesman, manager, and technicians to be up front to provide a satisfactory experience for me led me to write this review

On May 15, a contract for bait stations, trench application and crawl space inspection was signed for the amount of $ The work was scheduled to be completed on May 16, from 1-pm The tech did not show up until after pm He arrived without the necessary supplies to complete the trenching and did not perform the trench applicationOnly the bait stations were installed Tech installed bait stations protruding from the groundCalled the sales rep, Tammy H***, who indicated she would follow up with my husband the next day No phone call or email However, tech did come back to re-install the bait stationsHowever, the trenching was not completedAnother voicemail left to schedule work not completed Ignored again Email sent Ignored Called corporate Terminix to complain Customer service rep called Tammy H***

I have had termninix in my home several times with no positive results, very friendly staff I might say, they could not identify problem I have asked for refund they offer money back guarantee they promise to process, but dont follow through, I hope if you use them you wont have terrible experience

They are not about the customerTheir goal is to get you to sign the contract then offer *** service I hired them for BED-BUGS at my rental unitTheir Rep found BB and also made me aware that the tenant did not allow him to the 3rd floor bedroom, nor a tapbunk bed on the second floor
