Terminix is an absolute waste of time When I was closing on my house, I scheduled an appointment for a full termite treatmentThe following Monday, the time of the appointment came and went, and I calledAfter being put on hold for forty-five minutes, I spoke to a manager named Jeffery D***His condescending tone betrayed the opinion that, apparently, I hallucinate making and confirming appointments with exterminatorsHe would not hear me out, taking the approach that I was apparently the crazy one and this wasn't an oversight due to his peopleI have not yet gone this far off the deep end, and if I ever do, I certainly hope I'm not having delusions of dealing with this businessIt was clear that Terminix at Moore was not going to fulfill their obligations that they made to me, and so I had to scramble to ensure that a termite treatment would be made because of the lurch that I was left in: taking personal time off my career in order to be present for the treatment, and then subsequently closing on my house I promptly took my business elsewhere The manager called back, saying he wanted to "work something out," backtracking on his original stand that I, of course, didn't make an appointment on Friday at approximately 5:PM after my inspection that morningWhether this was a show of good faith or the discovery that I did in fact make the appointment will forever remain a mystery, though I have my suspicions Overall, the treatment of Terminix's customers is unethical, rude, and unprofessional, and I will gladly be taking my patronage to a local business

The service sucks, and I wound not even recommend Terminix to my worst enemyFrom the beginning, they were slow with returning phone callsWhen I initiated service in April, I called over times during the course of days to her my price quote after they came out to survey my property (which the technician showed up unannounced)The tech never called to announce she was on her way, nor to give a time frame for arrivalThank God I had a family member visiting from out of town to open the door Additionally, I have always seen a large quantity of waterbugs still on my property, when I was assured that their spray kills these bugs from the colony, as well as up to other insects (spiders, roaches, mosquitos, ect.)Well I have still been seeing them, some very frequently Furthermore, I had a non routine appointment scheduled for yesterday bt 5pm -7pm, that no one showed up for (AND NEVER CALLED)I spent 45minon hold last night trying to get through to someone for answers I hate this company, they were an absolute waste of money$down the drain!
