Trying to get multiple quotes from various termite and pest control companies to determine best dealI would hate to have to walk around my house with every single company to do their own "Free" inspection to then tell me what it will cost meother local companies were very helpful over the phone and gave me a ball park figureTERMINIX stated they could NOT give me a quote and then kept saying stuff to tell me how important it was that they send their own guys out to inspect the property and how the cost can vary quite a bit based on their findings BUT still not quoteThe customer service was rude and poorI have both my square footage and my linear footage, but they still said they could not give me a quote

Hello, I have been ignored, on the receiving end of atrocious customer service, and victim of poor service in general from your company since January From the moment I called your company to help with a rodent problemYour salesman lied to me about the extinction programSaying it was a three year program when I come to find out months later it is one year with year of add on service if you wantThen he over charged me and added attic insulation to my bill which I never orderedOn top of that, he never gave me a contractHe forgot and never came back to give it to me or email me it when he said he wouldThen when I caught on to the gross over paymentI spent days trying to fix itThe problem was that he put my account under a wrong nameNO ONE could find me! Also, he lied and said there was a payment plan through a company that works like the Best Buy credit cardYou can apply for it and get 0% interest for a year to make paymentsTurns out that was a lie too because it is only for the first three months and then heavy interest afterSalesman finally calls me and says he need to make a new contract and get it signed so he can fix the payment and the account problemWe made a date and time for him to come byHe asked ME to call and remind HIM to come overGuess what?? HE never showedI still have no contract from your company The first appointment two kids come over and spend 15min looking around and put "trap" in the basementThey said they would be back one month later to checkI was told they would clean up rodent feces so when they come back they could tell if something is newThe service guys said they do not do thatJust another thing the salesman lied aboutOne month later, no one comesSo, I make the first of many, many call I have spent the better part of months on phones calls to schedule appointments which no one ever comes outEach call would take a long time due to the company trying to find my account since it was under a wrong name/addressEach time the person would say they are unable to fix it, but able to schedule appointmentsNO ONE WOULD EVER SHOW UPWhen I would call back, no one ever knew or could find that an appointment was madeFinally, in October of some one showed up to put "trap" down in my basement againThis lady promised she would be my exclusive contact from here on out and would be back in monthGuess what, no one came I finally had enough and wanted my service cancelled and a full refundThe service manager at the Aurora, IL location, KIM, told me I could not get oneWhen I told her my story she said that she would review my account and personally visit my home to verify what service I have been given to see if possibly I could get a refundGuess what???? On the day she was to come by, she was a NO SHOWI tried calling once a week for three weeks and no answer or reply to my messagesAlso, I asked her TWICE for a copy of my contractBoth times, she said she wouldI am still waiting for that contract months later I then was upgraded to talking to the branch Manager STEVEHe would tell me he is working on it with his boss because he is the only one that could authorize a refundI was told only the year extension could be refunded and that if I wanted the first year ANDREW, regional director, would have to approveSTEVE waited weeks to finally review my case with ANDREW ONLY because I kept calling himFinally he did, and guess what??? STEVE never called me back to let me know any updatesI called him and he tried to apologize for not following up with my case with his bossSteve was "busy" and could not find time to ask his boss for an answer I then tried for weeks to contact ANDREWVoicemails and emails sent on my behalf from the companyI could not call ANDREW directly because it is not protocol and he does not have an office number, only a cell numberThe dispatcher each time would tell me that within 24-hours someone should contact meNO ONE EVER CONTACTS MEI get a call from Steve one time and my phone rings TWICEI answer and he hangs upIn his note, he claims no answer and no voicemail available to leave message Today, I got off the phone with another dispatcher who now has copied the Division Director Scott V***Guess what?? I get to wait another 24-hours to see if anyone call me back Is this how you treat customers? Is this how you treat people? I have gotten no respect, service or acknowledgment from the beginningInstead, I have been lied to, over charged, ignored, and traps placed in year You have cancelled my service in November like I requested, but no refund for the entire paymentYOU have offered $for the extension yearsI paid $1560!!! NO ONE CARES at this placeNO ONE does what they say they will doIts manipulation and deceit

I called terminex in March of they told me they guarantee there work for bed bugs and the freeze treatment they have been out to my house 4times I called terminex in March to do bedbug inspection and they gave me an appraisal and told me they guarantee there work and a day warranty I have had out at my house times since I hired them and the last time they were out was07/06/this is now 07/15/and I still have bed bugs throughout my home I paid down and making payments on the rest I have Pict that were found today of bedbug eggs in my chair when I was told it was clean by Dennis k [redacted] when he did my home my cr isXXXXXXXX I would really like my money back so I can get a quality service done please they charged me plus interest

In August I met with a sales representative who quoted a price to do a pest exclusion and insulation replacement in our attic At that time, the rep indicated all attic insulation would be removed and replaced The service was performed, but not all attic insulation was removed as indicated, as the service personnel determined it was not necessary I have maintained that I am ok with this assessment but would like the charge to be reduced as the originally described work was not performed I have spoken repeatedly with branch managers asking for an itemized bill as well as reduction in the charged fee I have yet to receive any responses other than "looking into" the problem and failed promises of return calls Product_Or_Service: Pest exclusion and insulation replacement Order_Number: [redacted]

Terminix claims they sprayed my house I was giving Terminix a second chance after they charged my account for a service I was never informed of Now, they claim they came to my house and sprayed my house Then the billed me $for the spraying of my house However, after their "so-called" spraying of my house, my house was running over with huge cockroaches It was to the point of we were killing to cockroaches a day Usually when the house is sprayed, we have no problems However this time, we were running over with cockroaches I ended up going to ***'s and buying big bottles of Home Ortho and sprayed the house ourselves and as a result of the Home Ortho that was purchased with my own money, we no longer have cockroaches

Terminex did not do 95% of the work they were supposed to do and then overcharged meThey do nit return callsThey do not respond to emails For someone was to come to my house and do a full service Inspection and treatmentThe person who arrived spent minutes at my house and only went into room and never did the outdoor inspectiondays later I was charged I assumed when the lady only visited one room that I was going to be charged significantly lessWhen I found that I was then overcharged, I called and complainedAfter calls and several days later, [redacted] contacted meHe said he was going to take care of itHe told me he was giving me a full refund(This was March 13th) Its now March 22ndand Ive still not received my money backIve called the manager and emailed himHe does not call backI finally was able to get someone on the phone who told me that I have a credit on my terminex accountThis should have been refunded TO MY CREDIT

I hired Terminix from Homewood to treat bedbugsThey came out once on Dec1, We called multiple times to get a follow up treatment from Dec14th through Dec27th Nobody would return my phone callsI had to hire another company to treat my house because we still had bedbugs and Terminix would not come out or call us backWhen I first spoke to Terminix they said they would need to come out every two weeks to kill the bugs at every stage of lifeThey only came out once and wouldn't return my callI did not receive a return call until January 5th, I want my contract cancelled and a zero balance Product_Or_Service: Bedbug treatment

My pest issue has worsened after hiring Terminix I am very disappointed that my pest issue has worsened since hiring Terminix in AugustI initially had a minor ant problem that is now far more noticeable than anything previouslyTerminix staff are friendly and have come out routinely to spray additional times since my first service visitsTechnicians used spray and granular bait to "kill" the antsI was told after my very first visit in August to expect more activity and then the ant population will significant subside I can say that the exact opposite has happenedThere has been a rapid increase in activity and the number of ants, including several nests that populated over the last two monthsIt feels that what Terminix was giving the ants actually made them more resilient and reproduce even faster I have had a handful of additional service calls to no avail, the situation remains unchangedI asked what the technicians can do differently if ant traps could be place

I have tried to cancel my account several times but they still keep charging me They are not performing the service I pay for as I have bugs I have emailed Terminix several times to cancel my account because I have bugs in my house that I never had before I have told the after this last non service that if they charged me I would file this complaint My account has been charged $ I have tried to stop the auto pay on my account, but I can not do that I have asked for a refund of the amount I paid for the non services this year

The quality of work has declined drastically within the last few yearsThe technicians are not well trained and they do not have a systematic protocol to followWhen you ask for a different technician, they ignore your request and send the same one The Mosquito treatments are totally useless Recently, when you call Terminix, it takes forever to be able to talk to an agentThe call hold time is ridiculousThey either want to deliberately avoid talking to you or they are getting so many calls/complains, that they cannot answer the calls in a reasonable time
