I requested one treatment and rejected any additional service
Terminix is claiming I they made a second treatment without an order or my permission
Terminix has insisted that I must pay for additional treatments even though I told the agent that came to our house for our first treatment that I desired one treatment only, not a quarterly plan, and no additional treatmentsI paid them for the one treatment and made sure the agent understood that I did not want further services I have had calls from them demanding I pay for additional treatmentsThey said they made one additional treatment in January when we were in Florida The house was locked up tight and there was snow two feet deep around the house Any attempt at a treatment would have been foolish I have refused to pay them additional money because I had made it clear we had not ordered additional treatments They are harassing us relentlessly

Terminix has a very unprofessional supervisor even their managerHe signed me up for the wrong service then sent me the bill and forcing me to pay for what I not signed up forThey kept promised to call me back and I never received a phone call from them for more than a month to dispute the wrong charge causing themWhat a SHAME for Terminix employee without the work ethic and don't have any technical skillsWHAT A SHAMEThe supervisor name in Wichita branch is Justin and the manager is Nick R***

I have tried to cancel my account several times but they still keep charging me They are not performing the service I pay for as I have bugs
I have emailed Terminix several times to cancel my account because I have bugs in my house that I never had before I have told the after this last non service that if they charged me I would file this complaint My account has been charged $ I have tried to stop the auto pay on my account, but I can not do that I have asked for a refund of the amount I paid for the non services this year

Terminix is an absolute waste of time
When I was closing on my house, I scheduled an appointment for a full termite treatmentThe following Monday, the time of the appointment came and went, and I calledAfter being put on hold for forty-five minutes, I spoke to a manager named Jeffery D***His condescending tone betrayed the opinion that, apparently, I hallucinate making and confirming appointments with exterminatorsHe would not hear me out, taking the approach that I was apparently the crazy one and this wasn't an oversight due to his peopleI have not yet gone this far off the deep end, and if I ever do, I certainly hope I'm not having delusions of dealing with this businessIt was clear that Terminix at Moore was not going to fulfill their obligations that they made to me, and so I had to scramble to ensure that a termite treatment would be made because of the lurch that I was left in: taking personal time off my career in order to be present for the treatment, and then subsequently closing on my house
I promptly took my business elsewhere
The manager called back, saying he wanted to "work something out," backtracking on his original stand that I, of course, didn't make an appointment on Friday at approximately 5:PM after my inspection that morningWhether this was a show of good faith or the discovery that I did in fact make the appointment will forever remain a mystery, though I have my suspicions
Overall, the treatment of Terminix's customers is unethical, rude, and unprofessional, and I will gladly be taking my patronage to a local business

I terminated Terminix's service around March Terminix was notified via phone call and in writing Terminix continue to bill me for services unknown during April to August while I was deployed overseas I returned and called and wrote again to stop service I even paid bills for service during time I was gone The service technician came by to say good bye and wish me well at the end of Then I get bills for Octwhich I definitely did not receive I was back supervising the building The bill is marked past due and puts me in danger of collections

Serious question for the Revdex.com - How does this company have an A- review and an average customer review of Star? They came out to treat for ants, it did not work after several treatments, I requested a cancellation four times before it was denied by the branch manager, the first three requests to cancel were never even filedMonths into this process now, the people at the call center are unable to help, they have route me through the branch manager, who I am calling daily and leaving voicemails and receiving no response
This process is clearly designed to prolong terminations beyond what is reasonableIs this not a perfect example of company abuse that the Revdex.com was created to protect us from?

Terminix performed a serviced at my home when I had cancelled the service Terminix charged me for the service
On July 8, 2016, Terminix performed a follow up pest control service at my home (inside and outside)Terminix called me and stated they were performing another service at my home on July 12, I canceled the service over the phone with the Terminix customer service rep on July 11, As mentioned above, another pest control service was performed July 12, The technician did not leave a statement of services performed, only his phone number I called and spoke with the technician and he confirmed he performed a service outsideSince no billing statement was left detailing service or time on property, I do not know what or if a service was performed I immediately called Terminix customer service and they stated I would be charged for the service even though they acknowledged that I had canceled the service They stated I had a contract with Terminix whic

Alterra Pest Control sends agents around door-to-door offering their pest services for a very low introductory price and very persistent salesmenYou must read the paperwork carefully since there is a minimum price for their service so if you don't like what they do and cancel after the first treatment, they will want to charge that minimum charge and for me it was $I tried to cancel within a week after the first treatment and was subjected to more high pressure sales and stalling tacticsI thought I had things resolved when I got a phone call telling me the were sending someone to treat my yardI caught the guy before he started and sent him on his way and called the company and told them I did not want their serviceI was told about the minimum charge and I told them I still wanted to cancelThere was a charge on my card so I thought we were doneI then got another phone call that a person would be coming out to treat my houseI called before they sent anyone and told

Terminix is the WORST company that you can possibly give your money toI am considering disputing all charges with my credit card if they do not make this rightI called them out for a Rodent Exclusion serviceThey were supposed to install a mesh wiring along with foam at the area where the AC comes into the houseThe kid who did it took the lazy way out and just put the foam in itI noticed that the rodents chewed through the foam and got BACK in to the houseI had to call Terminix again to come out and fix itTerminix says that they will come out every 4-days to check the traps until there are no signs of rodentsWHAT A JOKEThey came out once, then it was like pulling teeth to have them come outI would call the corporate office and they would say "somebody will be calling you within hours"That never happenedI would have to call and demand to speak to somebody for anything to get doneWhen it first happened, I called them and for the inconvenience they provided a pest control service worth about $I thought to myself "okay at least they tried"Then it was issue after issueI wasn't getting any call backs and eventually wrote in to the "contact us" link on their websiteIt took them weeks to reply and all they said was "if you have any issues please let us know to set up an appointment"REALLY? ALL I WANT IS A FREAKING APPOINTMENT BUT I CANT GET ONEI called the local office who did my Rodent Exclusion and spoke to ChrisChris said that he was SOOO sorry for all of these inconveniences and that he GAURENTEED that somebody would be at my house on 6/from 8am-10amIt was about 10:when I called Chris at Terminix because nobody had come outHe said that the guy(Lorenzo) who was coming to my house had a flat tire and that the Lorenzo told Chris that he called ALL of his clients that he was scheduled to visit that day and let them knowWell guess what? HE DIDNT CALL ME! I even sent Chris a screenshot of my call log to Chris via textChris called me and said that he confirmed that "Lorenzo" didn't call me and he would be taking "appropriate actions" to remedy thisWell Lorenzo is apparently awful at this job because he is the one who took the lazy way out and didn't put the mesh in the foam by my ACHow is he still employed? Also, on two separate occasions, I have gotten a notification that "your terminix agent is on his way to your house"I didn't even set these appointments upSince it is almost impossible to have them come out when they are SUPPOSED TO, my wife had to leave work early just to meet the guy thereWe even told the guy "we didn't know you were coming"He told us that we were the 2nd customers THAT DAY who told him thatWhat a joke
I am so sick of Terminix and will not be recommending them to anybodyBetween the awful customer service, not coming out when they are assigned to, showing up randomly, not doing the job properly, and overall terrible experience, I am done with Terminix

There has not been any follor completion of a service call that started on March 1oth
On March 10th called that I had active terminate activity and damageOn March 14th they verified I had terminate activity and damage On March 28th I was notified that someone would come to my house on April 7th to handle my issues On April 7th a technician did come out, but it was to do an annual terminate inspection instead of treatment and repairs The tech told me that he would email the local office to have someone contact me to get this issue resolveAs of date April 10th, no one has contacted me

For the last two years, I have had an invasion of yellow jackets that enter from small crevices on the exterior of the house into the interior of the houseI contacted Terminix in June of this year and they notified me that the treatment of the yellow jackets was something that my contract coveredSix appointments were scheduled over the course of five monthsThe first Terminix representative stated that he was "very scared of heights and couldn't go on the roof." The second Terminix agent that showed up to the house stated that "I don't ride with a ladderI will call a different Terminex agent." The third scheduled appt was a no-show and the fourth scheduled appointment resulted in a different agent showing up and stating that he was "very busy today" and "could only do a spray)" and then he told me to contact him on his mobile phone number to get the rest of the job doneI attempted to contact the agent over a period of two weeks, as requested, on his mobile phone and he never responded back The fifth apt was scheduled with an office manager who never showed upMind you, I am a physician and canceling patients for this incredibly poor service and incredibly poor professionalism

Did nor perform termite service as per policy
I had a years contract with Terminix to treat any termites inside and outside my house A reinspection by two other companies found termites everywhere I called Terminix to treat all that they missed before renewing my policy for another year and they never returned my calls So, I paid another company $to treat the problem I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off like I did

My wife and I ordered encapsulation service through our local Terminex as we began to have our house covered by themDuring installation, they broke the main pipe from the garbage disposal (and did not notify me)So the newly encapsulated crawlspace began to fill with water and ground up table scrapsAfter a couple days the smell became noticeableI cleaned up much of the mess and called a plumberThe cost of the plumber to fix the pipe was roughly $as they broke it near an angle so the downward piece and a long horizontal piece needed to be replacedThey agreed upon years of service to make up for the cost, but at the moment have only credited my account for year of service.Additionally, they sub-contracted out installation of a de-humidifierThe de-humidifier never ran for more than one hour as they initially ran a new line for it off of the main kitchen breaker which caused it to be overloaded.After repeated attempts, they came out and cleaned up the rest of the mess

I want to say that "Ellen" in the Tucson local office, and "Sal" who comes to my house for inspection and termite treatments are super good to talk with and get things done They both are always helpful and informative I assume other companies are able to provide adequate termite control, but from my point of view, they are the reasons I stay with Terminix

Short but direct review of Terminix Lakewood (Seattle area)
- Full installation of crawl space done in Feb./- No reports of damaged vents, insullation was fine but there were a few mouse dropping Expectation that technician would be out monthly as part of contract to inspect and replace traps inside and out
- By June, no indoor trap removalCalled original area manager for inspectionHis inspection showed full traps in basement, tear in some screens and insulation/vapor barrier requiring replacement Quoted $for full lifetime warranted replacement and sanitizing of area.He dropped to $because of lack of serviceAsked to have it mailed to us for review Expectation technician would be back by following Monday to replace traps in crawl space and seal the outside gaps
- Following Monday, technician didn't show as planned
- Mailed quote did not have discount
- District manager was unresponsive via email or calling
Terminix head office agreed to cancelling the less than month contract given the above events
Worst trade I have dealt with since moving to this area

we signed up for the Ultimate Protection plan, the picture shows it covers bugs & ratsHowever this was advertisementIt only covers bugs
we signed up for the Ultimate Protection Plan 7/31/@ $per yearThe card states it's the best value in Pest control, the advertisement shows spiders, cockroaches, ants and a mousethey also provide a wheel of possible bugs/rodents that you might encounter and mice and rats are included again implying they are part of the dealLuring you in to buy their productit even states they will never pay for damage repairs againBut once you call them due to damage they tell you everything is included except mice and ratsIf this is the case then why do they put mice and rats on the flyer to make you think they are includedNice way to trick the elderly I think!! True advertisement!! Also when the tech came out to our house each time they never went under the house to inspect, if they had we might have seen the damage last year
