I called Terminix in August of because I had discovered bed bugs a couple of months after moving into my home I met with the Salesman Marvin, who was very professional and nice My estimate was a little over $for a day plan although he stated it didn't seemed to be that bad I had my first appointment scheduled a few days later and he himself came out to service my property due to a scheduling conflict Terminix had After about two to three weeks after the first application, I noticed the bugs were still there and called to have someone come back out to apply another application Called them again in a couple of weeks and one of the guys met my brother in law at the home and told him, he did not notice any bed bug activity (not sure if he applied any chemicals or not) Called them yet again and they came out to apply and I my self was told by one of the guys, and I quote "sometimes after having bed bugs, the customer will be paranoid thinking they still have them" So now I'm crazy, I know what bed bugs look like and what the bites look like on my arms and legs Ever since then when I called I made it a point to catch one of them in a container to prove that I still had them, which is ridiculous to me I also told them I did not want that guy to come back to my home It got to where I was calling them every couple of weeks The last time I called Terminix I specifically asked to have a manager accompany a service guy Not only did they not send a manager but they sent me someone who stated they were new to the company This was in November of After his application he stated to not sleep in my room for a day Well I can see why he said that because it looked like he poured so much chemical on my mattress that it took days for the chemicals to even dry before I could sleep on it This was a total of months of them trying to get rid of the bed bugs Had not seen any bed bugs until January of almost two months Although I was told that you have weeks to call from the last time they come out before you will be charged again, I felt that if I called them to let them know they still did not resolve the issue that they would come back out in good faith Now I know good and well that I did not bring more bed bugs into my home in that short length of time I think the week policy should stop because their own website states that an adult bed bug can live for months without food I don't have another $to spend on a problem that should have been resolved with my first $ I truly feel like either they have people that don't know what they are doing or don't care

Extremely poor quality of work and negligence of workmen during fumigation and attic cleaning/blow out, even breaking our satellite dish
On 01/17/18, Terminix did an attic cleand blow-out, to clean up all rodent feces and soiled insulation from our attic floor and re-insulate with bloinsulationThere were three problems: (1) the workmen left rat feces all over the heating unit and on top of the insulation which leads to the heating unit, rather than cleaning it up(2) They left a mountain of blown insulation in parts of the attic, rather than insulating the attic in a reasonably uniform manner(3) They unplugged the swim adapter from the wall in the attic so that my tv service was disconnected, and failed to put it back when they were done, and left the unplugged swim adapter covered under piles of blown insulation

Terminix of Largo collected an unauthorized payment of $from my VISA account for annual service I did not sifor, or agree to, for the remainder of FYThe unsolicited unauthorized charge occurred on March 31, 2016, and attempts to contact and/or have the charge expunged have been evasively handled or ignored by local and national Terminix account representativesTo avoid further pilferage of my account I have filed a fraudulent charge action with my creditor and have flagged Terminix as a fraudulent, high-risk perpetrator

We contracted Terminix Sep21, due to noises in our ceilings of perhaps mice, chipmunks, etcWe went with them due to the nameWe are so disappointed that we signed the expensive contract ($4000!) It was to include closing up all the holes outside of the house (sqft.), including garage, put poison in the attic and repair any roof holes/access points including putting up roof ridge vent screens
They initially came out days later to do the initial applicationWe have a big attic and all they did was put some poison around the attic access pointThey did NOT go up into the attic at all! They did not do anything on the roof and said they would return to do that
After MULTIPLE CALLS, they finally came out Oct(more than a month after we paid the money) to do the roof vents or so we thoughtOnly one man alone showed up to access a 12/pitch roofThere was frost on the roof and he said he could not get up there aloneI was wondering why he came alone in the first place and why he did not wait until later that day when the frost was meltedHe did repair one hole on a lower roof section of the garageAgain, after multiple calls, he showed up NovALONE again to try to put the ridge screens onI told him I was not comfortable with him up there with no other help and called his bossHe finally left to go get a helper, and returned later that dayThey did get some of the roof screens up but not on the main part of the houseHe said he had to tend to other customersWhen I told him we were trying to beat the winter snow and that is why we signed in September, he said they have people who have been waiting since July! We still hear noises of rodents in our attic and now there is snow on the roofThey have not finished the jobWe are considering legal actionThis was such a rip-off! DO NOT TRUST THE TERMINIX NAME!!!

I recently had a pest problem where I looked at several different companies to assist I chose Terminix
I paid between to $2,for Terminex to spray my house and get rid of the pest problem they told me that I would have days guaranteed that my problem would be going on but it's not so they are trying to say to me that I had a 90-day special for my pest problem and I ask them how much originally do it cost to get your house sprayed if I got a discount that cost me almost Grand I wanted to speak to a supervisor whoever I spoke with on the phone hung up on me because she said my days was up I tried to explain to her I have an appointment scheduled I was just trying to reschedule it and she said you went past your days I said can I please speak to a supervisor she hung up I called back and asked another young lady can I speak to a supervisor she hung up on me the third time I called back I had to tell the girl that answered I am going to report you guys to the Better Bus

I was sold a rodent job for nearly $2,The salesman promised me workers for and all day job to seal the holes replace some insulation and set some traps and clean upthe day of the job employee showed up without any garbage bags, shop vac flash light etcHe is made because this salesman always messes him over not telling about the job before sending himI loan him bags to use to clean up he over loads them and insulation and mouse poo is now all over my househis boss came over and agreed that the job needed redone and would call to reschedule on Monday he did not call Tuesday he did not call Wednesday I call the salesman nice and early to say wtf? Wednesday they called to reschedule the work for FridayFriday no on shows and I call hour after they were the be here to Friday to find out that the job was cancelledWatch out for this company do not rust them!

In October Terminix performed a Wood Infestation Report as required for selling our home Two times checks were sent, received and not credited
In October I scheduled a "Wood Infestation Report" in preparation for the closing sale of our home at *** The inspection was completed by Mr*** *** on September 23, and the bill for that service was sent to *** in Daphne, Alabama, the closing agent for the sale The closing took place on Oct 7, and a check for $was sent, as instructed on the work invoice, to Terminix International, ***, *** A copy of this invoice and check # *** dated Oct 6, is available and can be sent to verify this statement

This was a bait-and-switch scamDid you know they are allowed to report to credit bureaus?
They didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself with five minutes and five bucks - BUT they made it sound like this was state-of-the-art pest controlSave your money and don't fall for their "automatic service" scam that you don't even know they were doing - until you get late bills and credit report threats in the mail

Let me express my frustration with Terminix -now for the 5th time I guess
After discovering termites at my house -which I now rent- located on XXXXX ***, Pembroke Pines, FL and calling Terminix for an assessment, on *** 15, I purchased a Drywood Termite Service Plan -Termite Plan Number: XXXX-XXXXXXXX/Master Agreement #: XXXXX-XXXXXXX- which ended on 5/15/ I paid $1,dollars for it The problem identified was "drywood termites, actively noticed" and the treatment advised was: "spot application (2sq ftor less)
